“Beautifully packaged and arranged and arrived quickly as promised. Disappointed though as they died within 3 days. The roses never opened up they simply wilted and the sunflowers died very quickly - followed shortly thereafter by the rest of the arrangement. Impactful for the first 24 hours but by the time I got home from a four-day business trip (they were delivered on day 1) they were all dead......”

“Flowers were brilliant but I used this service as said they would be delivered next day, my mothers dog died so wanted them next day to show sympathy but arrived a day late. Very disappointed.”

“I wanted to send a small token to the wife of a friend who had recently passed in N.I. The whole process was very easy and she thanked me by sending a picture to me of the flowers and they looked fantastic, just like the original picture of the picture chosen Thanks very much FSN! X”

“Asked for a large flower bundle cost 80 odd pound and I received 9 rosses wouldn’t recommend ordering them again the bunch dosnt look the value I payed also turned up a day late”

“I put the address 47 wellin lane on the address and the flowers were delivered to 2 wellin lane. Not good enough. Intended person did not get the flowers on time. Very poor and service not happy”

“AVOID NO FLOWERS DELIVERED AND CHARGED £56. Customer Service is shocking - you can not get through on the phone line and emails are not responded to. Unsure how to get my money back as no one has responded and my Mum's bday was on 22 August - so desperately disappointed, frustrated and severely out of pocket”
