“The team at FLR were extremely helpful from my first enquiry through to installation. Adam was quick and thorough with his estimation and advised options that would work perfectly for our requirements - saving us money at the same time! The quotes were very competitive, and their friendly team were totally flexible with fitting arrangements, working around the arrival of our little girl. I can not recommend Adam and all of FLR highly enough. Thank you for making our carpet shopping such a pleasurable experience!”

“Delivered a wonderful product, that was fitted by a very skilled & polite fitter called Keith. Our floors look beautiful. No hard sell by Adam but a friendly and helpful survey. A professional company to deal with. Thanks.”

“All round great experience, from the store to the estimating and fitting. The price was competitive too. We were in store and explaining about our extension. Adam overheard and we had a discussion about different types of screed, which we then discussed with the builder. He gave us complete confidence that he knew what he was talking about. When he came to measure, the process was straightforward and he discussed a couple of things with the builder. Fitting took 5 days, with a professional fitter who knew what he was doing. I would use FLR again.”

“Warm welcome, from the lady on reception to the manager who provided excellent advice. No pressure to purchase, I was allowed to view the products, ask questions and then go away take my time to consider and return with more questions. I would recomment FLR, as not only did they have great customer service, the prices are extremely competitive.”

“We were made welcome by the young lady on reception. Who showed us around the showroom and provided us with samples which will be very useful, as we are just at the stage where we are deciding what colour we would like our Kitchen.”

“Beautiful showroom, very extensive range of products. I was greeted and made to feel welcome, was offered a coffee, which was very nice. I was shown all the range of products that I was interested in and then left alone to browse. No pushy sales patter. When I had questions someone was there to help and advise, again no pushy sales patter. I came away with enough samples to make a decision, but will probably return with my husband just to show him what a fantastic place it is.”

“Visited FLR's fantastic Karndean showroom today in Monkspath. A real hidden gem! The staff were fantastic with me especially Adam who made an excellent coffee while giving us the time to choice our flooring. No pressured sales experience here, really recommend.”

“Adam was helpful, punctual and polite. Thank you for all of your help. Despite a glitch to begin with on Day 1 of installation, with the original fitter was off sick, my opinion of good customer service is what is done to put things right. When installation began, the service was very good and efficient. Adam (surveyor) and Mark (fitter) kept me informed throughout. Thank you also to the fitter Mark for the finishing touches. This make all the difference to my new home and left me with a smile on my face.”
