Odd system. I arrived, the receptionist was on the phone, but the showroom opened. I went to look and was ushered out as if I was a thief! Clearly potential customers cannot be trusted. The product I looked at is £400 less in John Lewis for the same service. Please remember you are based on an industrial estate not Kensington high st.

I requested a quote via the online chat portal and initial contact was very good. I explained it was for a new build property and that I had dimensions of the area to be quoted for. I was told a sales agent would be in touch to provide a quote. Once the agent called me he said that he could not give me a quote and needed to measure the property but I advised him that this was not possible due to the house being built. I asked if they had a showroom and was advised that they did and was open on Saturdays. I took my family to the showroom on a Saturday to take the dimensions to try and get a quote but was told when I got there that there were no sales agents in and there was only 1 person on site in the showroom who couldn't do the prices. He was very knowledgeable and helped as best he could. I asked if he could get the sales agent to call me back to try and get a quote but have still not heard anything back. This was 3 weeks ago. I have now given up trying and gone with another company.

Hi Jason. I would like to start by offering my sincere apologies. At FLR Group we pride ourselves on providing first class customer service and to hear that we have fallen short of the mark is extremely disappointing to us. We normally respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. At the start of the year we launched an online chat facility on our website and have been overwhelmed with it's popularity. We have now taken new staff to ensure that an enquiry is not overlooked in this way again. I am sorry we were not able to provide you with a quote on this occasion and have missed the opportunity to win your business.
