“Fantastic experience from start to finish. The showroom is excellent and well stocked. We were allowed to view and select samples with as little or as much help as we wanted, no pressure. The measurement and fitting processes were stress free and they came and did their job, as scheduled and to a high standard.”

“FLR has fitted the majority of the Carpets and Amtico in our house. People have always told me that I am 'fussy' and to be honest, they are not wrong. That said, when I am happy with something, I am happy for with it for a very long time. I consider myself lucky to have found a provider that is a fussy as me. All the people in FLR are experienced, professional and particular! Adam Kaid looked after us from beginning to end and did a brilliant job. Steve Fanning fitted our Carpets and Amtico and again, did a brilliant job. I think that you can measure a company's standards by how they deal with issues when things go wrong. We initally had a problem with some carpet - there was a fault in it. FLR didn't shy away from the problem - they dealt with it.”

“Their showroom is excellent and we had more than enough time to look at the options for our Amtico floor. The visit from the estimator was friendly and discussed with us our design. When it came to fitting, the fitter was great. He was friendly, very neat and clean in installing it, and discussed any issues with us. For example we did change the design slightly for our floor when he was with us, and he provided valuable insights to how it could look. We are really pleased with the whole project.”

“Debbie was very welcoming and clear in her understanding of my flooring requirements. She sent me away with a good range of samples and I am sure I will be ordering my new office floor from FLR Group very shortly”

“After myself and my wife visited the showroom in Feb. we had no hesitation in arranging for a home visit. We were allowed to take plenty of samples to help us choose. Adam called at our property and was very helpful and knowledgeable. We went back and chose our flooring with good advice from Adam. At this point everything was going great and we were really happy. Kitchen was fitted and we had finally picked the floor. I have to say we had looked at a lot of other flooring companies however, there was no comparison to the professionalism shown and FLR Group were competitive price wise too. We were sure we had finally picked the right company. Dave the fitter turned up as agreed on time and after a quick chat on what had to be done got straight into it. I must say part of the old vinyl floor in utility had to be taken up as we had got the kitchen area up ourselves. I think other companies were put off by this and just wanted to cover over it and lay Amtico click or similar and avoid any hard work!(I wish I had gone to Adam before as I'm sure they would have got old floor up a lot quicker and easier than we had). Dave did an excellent job in preparing the floor and even called back later in the afternoon to check everything was ok. Dave came next day with another fitter called Mark and between them laid the floor to an excellent standard. Anything we asked them to do was done without a fuss. To say we are happy with the floor is an understatement it finishes the kitchen off. Would just like to thank you all and would highly recommend your company. Keep up the good work! I finally have peace in my house. thank you so much”
