As you can see from the photo, the quantity is much less and half full
If you are using otger partners , i suggest you see the quantity rather than Ferns and petals getting such a bad review.
Why is the quantity leas compared to tge photo we ordered for $52 such a ahock
I must leave a very negative remark on your website so you dont fool anyone else
Blatantly, telling a customer to accept as a one off is not good customer service shows your rushing to not adddress the situation
I must leave a bad review for not sending the correct quantity

I ordered a cake and flowers for my sister-in-law’s wedding ceremony in Dallas, Taxas, and despite paying ₹8008, the items never arrived. To make matters worse, the status shows “delivered” when, in reality, we did not receive anything. This kind of misleading information is unacceptable, especially for such an important occasion.
There was no communication from their side to clarify the situation, and their customer service has been unresponsive. It’s extremely disappointing to rely on a company for a special event and end up with no delivery and a false status update. I am now left with no choice but to ask for a refund and post this negative review to warn others. Be very cautious if you’re planning to order from them for important events.”

“placed multiple orders with 3-4 items in each order. One item had problem after few months ( heartfelt spell mug with picture). picture started pealling off, so I opened ticket with FNP (Ticket #241012-04608086), which in response i was told "products issue should be reported in 48 hrs or deliver" well ur products are very cheap quality and pic on mug should not just peel off, shows its a bad quality.”
“Please don’t use ferns n petals . Very bad service. Have no idea if the vendor attempted to deliver the flowers . Just advised that the delivery was attempted and could not be made. They then advised that the address was not correctly provided . It was for a funeral and felt so sad that I trusted this kind of a company to deliver flowers. They will not refund the money just copy and paste replies from their customer service team.”
“If there is any lesser star available, please consider that. You guys ruined it all. The delivery never happened for almost 11 hours, which was supposed to be a midnight delivery. Even after you charge Convenience and Shipping both at the same time and immensely inflated costs of product, you are not delivering. Worst ever experience. “The worst customer service you will ever have I order at 6 pm to be delivered at 10 and they already agree for what time I need at 10:30 they called they said it will be delivered at 11:30
I called them at 11:30 they said it will be delivered at 1 am so if you have birthday you will eat cake at 6 am next day and you ask all what they say I don't know who and what the worst experience and customer service he also tell me if you can't wait come and pick it up by yourself like wooow what an excuse they just wana charge you and good luck for following your order”

I am order the Ferraro rocher chocolate is ₹ 1675 but it’s actual MRP is ₹ 549.
And I was order the Greeting card then they are ask this is not available I will send the dairy chocolate.
And I was order the Dairy milk chocolate of ₹ 149 but its actual MRP is ₹ 45 only.

“I ordered pink carnations to be delievered and those were available in the destination city but ferns n petals delievered orange roses.really cheap of them.charged me for carnations but delievered according to their wish.After complaining,I get a call from bulbul(executive)telling me sorry as the flowers were already received we cannot do anything.I was so surprised,i booked other flowers and for who so ever,they wudnt know what i sent,they will receive.lame silly excuses.fraud and fooling people.never again.”
“This company seems to be a complete scam. I ordered a bouquet and chocolates worth 150 SGD for my friend. On the scheduled delivery day, they started claiming that the recipient wasn't responding and that the address was incorrect. However, neither my friend nor I received any calls. After a lengthy and pointless exchange, I suggested leaving the bouquet at the reception, but they refused, saying it wasn't possible. Three days later, they offered to attempt delivery again, but only for an additional fee. It's unbelievable that such fraudulent practices are happening unchecked.”

“FN&P is a pain. I have ordered a cake 3 days before to deliver today within 3pm. In the morning I received a call and they told it will be delivered in whole day slot. I asked them to cancel the order and now slot it over, neither they cancel the order nor delivered.
They have just ignore my complaint.”
