“The flowers that were delivered to my mother for her birthday were extremely disappointing. 5 out of 15 roses were almost dead. There was no white flower filling at all. The bouquet looked tiny and dead, completely opposite of what the pictures showed. Its not the first time this has happened and this is certainly not my first feedback to you guys. Probably the last time I am ordering from you guys. You have lost a customer who has been ordering from you for years.”
“I live in Los Angeles, California and was trying to send a gift to my relative who lives in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia for her Birthday.
After a quick google search I contacted Ferns N Petals through their website for preorder inquiries; they got back to me sending a WhatsApp number to communicate through it and to help me with placing the order smoothly due to the location and time zones difference.
UNFORTUNATELY, MY WHOLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS SHOP WAS NOTHING BUT DISAPPOINTMENT!
I asked the agent “Mohammad Badreldeen” (Account name on WhatsApp which also had the fnp logo) from day one if I’m going to get the same exact arrangement that I see on their website picture, and he assured me that it will be the same.
THAT WAS NOT THE CASE…what I chose was a pink flowers arrangement in a gray box with a simple pink ribbon; they sent the flowers in a BLACK BOX as if it’s going to a FUNERAL not a BIRTHDAY PARTY! And the ribbon was over exaggerated…so the gift went from CLASSY to TRASHY.
His explanation was “Same box is out of stock we arranged in black box.”!!! Never got back to me to ask me if I’m ok with the changes they made! I would’ve changed the color of the flowers to red or changed the box with cheerful color of paper wrap.
I also told him from day one that this gift supposed to be a surprise gift, and that they should contact my relative early enough to make sure that they can get hold of her and get her address before her birthday day due to her difficult sleeping and work schedule…and he assured me that he will do that.
THAT WAS NOT THE CASE…They were very poor in their response and communication, ignoring my messages for hours even though that they had open it but they didn’t respond; regardless of the fact that they were aware of the time zones difference that was the biggest issue.
When I brought the communication issue to his attention his explanation was “The shop was already closed the time you send the messages.”! That was regardless of the fact that I asked him about the work hours way before ordering the flowers and I was informed and I quote “We work the hole week from 10AM-12AM except for Friday 4PM-12AM.” and was only sending my messages during these hours! It turns that he was GIVING ME THE WRONG INFORMATION ABOUT WORK HOURS INSTEAD OF SAYING THAT THIS WAS THE DELIVERY HOURS!!!
The delay in contacting my relative is what caused the gift to be delivered with the condition of revealing the sender name and taking away the surprise element that I was planning for; and for the delivery to be on a different time slot than what I chose (late night instead of morning/afternoon delivery).
But really the cherry on top is using a regular piece of a print paper “as a card”!!! They just folded and squeezed it in the envelope!
SO I PAID ALMOST 350 SAR TO GET A CHEEP PIECE OF PEPER TO REPLACE A BASIC CARD!!! WHO DORS THAT? THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS!!!
When I told him this is not right and I need to talk to a supervisor or manager to fix this (as the flowers was not delivered yet) he just offered 25% off for the next purchase…AS IF I WILL PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM AGAIN AFTER THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! That was instead of offering to upgrade the gift by adding some chocolate or cupcakes or whatever other options they had to satisfy me as a customer.
THIS WAS A HELL OF EXPERIENCE AND I'M NOT SATISFIED AT ALL.
THIS SHOP SHOULD TAKE OUT THE ORDERING OPTION FROM THE UNITED STATES, BECAUSE IF SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENED HERE AND A CUSTOMER IS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PURCHASE THEY GET REFUNDED, OR AT LEAST GET UPGRADE ON THEIR PURCHASE OPTION.

“My instructions were not followed correctly and i was sent the wrong design, wrong cake message and when everything was amended, the cake was 1.5 hours late.
Super disappointed and will probably never ever use fnp again.
The bakery workers are very incompetent and one of the agents on the phone actually told me that the cake they sent was better than what i asked for. This is extremely rude since nobody asked for her opinion and i am the one who paid 500 dirhams for the cake. Unprofessional and incompetent is what i got out of this whole experience.”

FnP is nothing else than bunch of frauds and liars who are only interested in taking away all your money and do not even bother to provide appropriate information when customer service is approached. I ordered rakhi for my brother and they asked me to choose delivery date. On that date (2 days before rakhi) when it did not get delivered I called customer care for than 10 times to know that status. These morons kept on telling me not to worry and they will deliver rakhi ‘BEFORE RAKHI DAY’. On the day of rakhi still it was not delivered to my brother and I called again than they started giving me all these bullsheets that it was just estimated delivery date and do not worry we will deliver your order ‘AS SOON AS POSSIBLE’. In two days I almost wasted more than 5 hours with their customer service but all in vain. Even after giving me tracking order which showed that rakhi will deliver after 6 days of rakhi, their cheater customer service agents kept on lying that order is out for delivery. When I requested for order cancellation as there was no point in delivering rakhi once festival is over, at first they kept on telling that they can not cancel the order and finally one of the CSR uttered the truth saying he can cancel the order but I will not get the refund. So I got to know that the f****ng morons are only interested in my money. BTW I had spent 9K+ amount for international delivery of my order and more than 5 hours with their customer service ( which they should also count while calculating refund amount as we are not totally free just for chasing them) . So in and all these ass****les are nothing else than bunch of liars and frauds who just take away our hard earn money”
“They delivered a bouquet that I ordered for a very dear friend's birthday. Bouquet arrived looking blackish and not fresh at all.
When contacted, they claimed that it was fresh when it left their shop. Even the stems and the leaves were turning yellow on the edges and it is drying up too.”
“We ordered a cake frm them for an engagement ceremony at 9 am to be delivered frm 7am to 9pm. They said they attempted delivery at 7pm and then the delivery party could not be contacted and so delivery is not possible again. They gave me no proof of delivery and said that they will deliver the next day to the engagement hall....God knows to whom and they said i will not even get a refund.....terrible service ...spoilt our plan .....pls never order from them, they are making money from is without sending our orders.”

One of the worst services ever! Do not buy from these guy, not a company you can trust! In my case, they were supposed to deliver a birthday cake by 7:00 pm but at 7:30pm they call and say the cake got spoiled! Funny thing this is happening for the second time! It was very embarrassing as all the guest had arrived and I had to run to buy a cake!”

“Avoid at all costs. Ordered a gift box which supposed to have 'going xi fa cai' writing, but delivered something that is nothing like it. Asked why delivered wrong and the only reply I get is 'actual product may vary in shape and design'. I understand things can vary, but this is something totally different. Asked for refund, no response.”
“The worst experience I have ever had. I did not get a call during delivery but only got an email for attempted delivery and followed up over email with their support straight away asking them to place the flowers outside the door. I did not get a call or any reply to the email and the flowers were not delivered.
Since then I have emailed them 6 times and called them 8 times. No replies at all on email. Over call I get to know that they tried to deliver and will not refund any money. Despite not delivering, calling me, or following email instructions. I have now been on a call with them 8 times with the same reply they will call back the same day when they have looked at the case. They never call back. Still refusing to refund the money I am in shock over the bad service and hostage of the funds for these flowers. Never use them!!!”
“Item was delivered to a acquaintance hospitalized. However, the delivery order attached to the hamper indicated "Hari Raya Wishes Gift Basket" instead of "Get Well". Was disappointed as the hamper was not meant for the celebration. Will never order from FNP again.”
