“Not happy with the flower quality. When I order flowers from other florists, the flowers usually lasts for more than a week. I ordered a bouquet from Ferns & Petals and already started to wilt and fade when I receive it. The bouquet looked like I purchased it 3 days ago. I did complain to them but they said it passed their quality check. So basically their competitor are doing a better job and don't expect for a return customer. BTW their packaging is also very basic whereby other florists can do better job by putting in more effort. No reason for a repeat purchase.”

“Very poor service. Inspite of ordering the items 3 days in advance (a bonsai and a truffle cake), I was informed that the order had been cancelled at the very last minute.
No attempt was made to get a substitute for the gift item. For an established gift delivery provider, this is a feeble excuse.”
“Sent a mothers day bouquet to my mom in India.....all the stems came broken. It is such a disappointment for me and for her. Did not expect this from Ferns and petals and specially since we have used them a number of times. Very very very sad situation.
Also I don't understand how the delivery person rates them selves with a 5 star and not let the recipient do the rating!!!! This is ridiculous.
Will have to find other flower delivery options as this is very disappointing!”

I called their hotline, and the operator went above and beyond to rectify the issue – they even coordinated with the driver to ensure timely delivery to the correct address. Impressive! “Don’t use this company. Over £75 spend with them. Shocking cake. Nothing like the pictures. Filled out on top with cut off cake pieces instead of fruit. Sign completely different which I paid extra for… no capital letter on Happy. Paid for it from the uk for my best friends 40th birthday. Very embarrassed, arrived a little squashed on top and looking and tasting very poor. Paid over £75 to this company. Refusing to refund and offered a discount of SGD 10 on my next purchase. I’ve explained I didn’t get what I thought I was purchasing, point blank refusing a refund. I definitely won’t be using this company again and would strongly recommend not to for a cake.”
