“Worst service after order, I have ordered gift item o 3rd June to be delivered on 6th June but item was not delivered on agreed date. I have track the order which shows schedule delivery on 6 June and tried twice to contact via online chat but they also revert with same un-useful screen shot :(, finally item has delivered today on 11 June after a week of occasion and I received email to give feedback with disable links therefore cannot give feedback via email and also search on their website which also doesn't have feedback option. Here minimum mark option is 1 other wise I would give -5 or zero zero. Very bad customer service :(”
“I ordered from you a cake and for delivery to happen on time, I had to fight with all of your customer service people for 1 day and finally i got it even though delivered late. Now the person who has delivered the cake is in contact with me to check about his payment, which he didn't receive it yet from the great FERNSANDPETALS India. What exactly are you guys doing there? Even after writing the full address with pin code, the package was first sent to some other location and later given to us. For the same when I asked your customer service team, they are bluntly saying that the delivery is not even out then how my order will be sent to other place. Anyways great experience with the full team of FNP. NEVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE. Pathetic.”

“Very casual approach. They changed hefty amount to deliver early in the morning, however missed. I was following up with their customers care from 7:30 till 8:30 no use. Their delivery boy told me that the store opened after 8am and after charging me RS. 200/- he was paid only RS. 60/- Kahan se motivation ayega quick delivery karne ke liye”
“I ordered a S$109 congratulatory bouquet for the birth of my grandchild on 24 May. The bouquet was delivered by a couple within the stipulated time.
However, the bouquet was a big embarrassing disappointed. The flowers were withered and definitely not fresh. It looked at least 2-3 days old. It dampened the mood of the joyous occasion.
I could have got a better deal from the wet market florist.
I don't see any purpose in submitting photos because the submission of earlier reviewers seems to have no impact on the company's commitment or responsibility. The staff seems to be more keen on ensuring payment than providing efficient services.
I would definitely not order from or recommend FNP again.

“Fern and petals disappointed me; it was my first time using their service; it was mothers day; ordered a mango cream eggless cake and flowers for my mum; both of them were half ass done; cake was below average; it was delivered in a disarray with icing and chocolate cone on one side of the box; not temp controlled at all; they sent flowers separately instead of sending it along with cake and that too almost by 4 hrs late; the flowers were not fresh; not worth ur time and money; please do not order from them as they will disappoint u too; please note we threw everything out the same day as nobody liked it in the family!”

“The Company confirmed my delivery slot to be before 3 pm. Despite my request in their chat box for cancellation at 3:30 pm due to the delay, they proceeded to deliver the flowers at 8:46 pm, long after my 83-year-old aunt had retired for the night.
They also altered the flower color from WHITE to PINK without my approval. Nobody contacted me.
I kept trying to call but nobody answers. Even their Chat box put me on hold indefinitely.
Total waste of money and time.”
“Be careful ordering since they failed to deliver my three items on Mother Day. One item delivered one day before the date of event, Cake was delivered at 9pm on Mother’s Day which was late since mom had ate other cake that day we got it locally, and third item has not been even delivered. Funny thing is online say deliver May 11th while order was confirmed to Deliver on May 12th. No one contacted me for the late. Online is non responsive.”
