“I recently purchased a suite of L2 Food Safety for my volunteers and the simplicity and ease of the Highfield website and booking system was great. It was easy to follow and then very easy to enrol my learners onto. Followed up by telephone support to confirm everything was okay was very unique and whilst not needed was well received.
I would recommend Highfield booking system if you want to manage your own learners with background support.”
“Good course once I could access it, but Oh so difficult to navigate the initial 'getting onto the course'. Needed to get help to do this...I am not the best on a computer but have done lots of online courses and have not experienced such a problem before.
However, when I finally could access the course, it was clear, easy to navigate, the information was good, and I enjoyed the animation and interactive elements.”
“Good course, found the slides easy to follow but found the ready was too slow. When I wanted to read the slides myself I was done much before it would let me move to the next slide.”

“A good course , it helped me to renew my certificate at short notice . The certificate was easy to print at the end .
I did find it very slow to change screen which slowed things down compared to other online training I have completed on the same computer. Overall good value for money.”

Bit laborious that if you got a question wrong you had to take all the section again rather than just the individual question.
Would rather the multi-choice questions were at the end of the whole module presentation rather than at the end of each module but it served its purpose and Food Hygiene Certificate was gained.”
