“The content knowledge was valuable. The actual wedsite course questions are a mess. Far to time consuming the way it is set up. Should be taking maximum 3 to 4 hours. Took much longer due to the unefficent question/answer system.”
“Content is good, and up to date. However, the course is not supported on all browsers which makes it less accessible. I couldn't access the course for a few days until I thought to change my browser.”

“Extremely long and tedious approach for anybody reasonably experienced in this area as there is no way to prevent the course from playing out every word i.e. you cannot read it at your own pace and move along. Very thorough however and useful as a refresh.”
“Everything worked great, and customer service was excellent. However, when I wanted to add further users to my account, the price had almost doubled in a matter of only a couple of months! This seemed like a bit of a scam - reasonable price to attract custom, then put the price up when you want to keep the same system for new staff members.”
“Learners have found the training to be inflexible. While it is appreciated that in order to give a full certificate it was agreed that an attendance certificate would be provided to anyone who could not complete parts of the more physical tasks. Some of the learners are in their 70's. Additionally the lack of support in gaining information that would help us to identify the learning needs of a learner that failed the written test was very unhelpful. This could have been provider to the learner themselves to avoid any data protection issues.”
“Found it quite long and somtimes repetitive as i only organise breakfast club and make toast and cereal ,thought there could of been a simplified version as i dont actually work in a kitchen”
“Disappointed in the end on module questions in 2 sections and the length of the HACCP section.
The question answers were to close to call with several answers being right, it seemed it was just a question of which one was more right.
The HACCP section was way too long. This is a L2 food safety course, an awareness yes, but that must depth, unnecessary.
Won’t be doing this one again in 2 years.”
