“Build quality is really poor, nails sticking out, rusty nails in the timber and the timber quality is poor. Structural elements have split where there is a knot in the wood across the whole of the beam. These sheds are not worth the money.”

“Don’t waste your time for that company. Send bike shed with broken panels, missing parts, bend parts. They take ages to replay to you. They not interesting to fixed them fault. Waiting a month and now they want to give me money back but I have to send shed back which gone be expensive. They are horrible company and very rude customer service.”

“Terrible shed. Timber cracked in several places where nail gun has broken the wood. There were huge gaps and warping in several panels. It rained the day after I put it up. Despite the felt being poor quality. It did it's job but every panel was soaked through on the inside as was the floor. I rang forest who said " we can't guarantee the shed's will be waterproof". It is not fit for purpose by any stretch of the imagination. Do not buy your shed from here.”

“If only I had read these reviews before I ordered! Don't get the 'professional' to install your shed. He did such an awful job and there was no offer of anything being rectified. Just basically, tough luck! AWFUL”

“Ordered a shed on the basis of a 15 year guarantee and as I now know, dubious reviews seen elsewhere, in practice what we received wouldn't have latest 15 days! Positively the worst quality imaginable, and quite why Forest Gardens think it is acceptable to ship complete rubbish is beyond me. Either their quality control is non-existent, or FG are providing jobs for the visually impaired! I feel desperately sorry for anyone who orders a shed in good faith and receive in return something that is only fit for firewood. The upside and to their credit, FG agreed and honoured a full and complete refund. Nonetheless, something of a frustrating experience and now having to wait for a replacement (from another company) to be delivered in September.”

“Like earlier reviewers, I would NEVER buy from this company again. To say the wood is flimsy and only fit for firewood is an understatement. Warped panels, loads of nails not hammered in, huge gaps at the corners and at roof and floor level. Had to go and buy more/longer screws, wood lengths to seal gaps and 3 tubes of sealant to seal at roof and floor level. In 40 years we have never bought a worse shed, and we have bought quite a few. Feel completely ripped off and would have returned but a new summerhouse was being fitted adjacent to the shed a few days later. Our recommendation- STEER CLEAR of this company!!!”

“I bought a picnic table from this company via Argos, once they delivered the item, the surface has big scratch and lots of green moulds all over the table, request the return after ten days they collected, and since they collected I haven't heard anything from them, obviously I'm keep calling Argos to get my refund but still waiting, it's 31 days since I purchased and still not heard from the, AVOID this SCAMMER.”

“Don’t waste huge money. Shed arrived buckled door which has a big gap around it so doesnt protect against elements Buckled side. Gaps in slats and all over. Poorly made Only good for firewood and not sure if it good enough for that. Worst customer services ever. Buy local”

“Ordered a shed from here as it was cheaper but 1st delivery was cancelled and I was only notified on the morning of the day that the driver had exceeded the amount of hours they are allowed to drive. 2nd delivery was cancelled by company (not sure why). 3rd time delivered but item was damaged and did not come with the assemble kit. 4th time delivered. I had to go out and buy smaller hinges as the ones provided were too big and was told that it is the correct size. I am definitely not shopping here again. I would rather have spent the extra £20 to save the bother.”

“Very terrible delivery experience. The driver was rude and non cooperative - left all the stuff outside on the letter box and didn’t even help with moving inside the main gate, or just help keep the door open. Neighbours are not happy about it. These are heavy flatboards and several of them I have to now move them one by one. Most awful delivery experience I’ve ever had.”

“I would have given 0 if I could. Ordered decking costing over £1000. The ‘express’ delivery took over 3 weeks. They then dumped the decking in my garden. The wrong product and colour. They have now said the product I ordered is out of stock. It will be weeks before they uplift what they sent and my refund cannot be processed until then. It is now in my front garden, unpackaged, unsecured and likely to be stolen in which case I’ll have nothing. Absolutely shocking customer service. Avoid at all costs unless you want to be left out of pocket and without your order for weeks!!!!”

“Ordered shed beginning of June. Finally arrived at end of August . Paid for installation which to date (end of October) still has not happened. Communication from Forest Garden is truly awful. You really have to chance them up Quality of shed delivered no where near that of my previous shed. Alas that Company had closed over Covid so I hence ordered from Forest Garden. I'm summary would I recommend Forest Garden - NO Would I buy from them again - NO Do I regret buying from them - YES”

“DO NOT BUY A SHED FROM THIS COMPANY. Terrible quality wood has split in numerous places. Customer service won’t admit that this is the case & are referring to it as warping. Im going to take it as far as I can to get a replacement”

“Shed does not fit shed base despite ordering the correct size.Shed sections do not fit together properly. I am an retired joiner and paid over a £1000.I feel like I’ve been ripped off and that the shed is only good for fire wood.”

“Item was strapped so tightly with ratchet straps that it had been broken by courier. Courier told me Forest Garden sent it out knowing it was broken and that it was already broken when it was put onto lorry. Rang Forest Garden who said that courier is actually a driver working for them and not a courier so driver lied to me. Lady on phone at Forest Garden was multi tasking and kept me waiting on the phone whilst I could hear her typing away dealing with something else. Had been a week and still no issue of new delivery date for new attempt of non broken item. Rang B&Q with whom order was placed originally only to find Forest Garden hadn’t even updated system to say they’d made an attempted delivery but it was refused because it was broken. Just an absurdly poor catalogue of events all stemming from FOREST GARDEN. I’ve now cancelled order as I simply don’t want to give them the business. Dealing with this company, to put it lightly is simply AWFUL.”

“Infinity arch came with 2 left sides and 3 broken pieces,tried for 2 weeks to contact what they laughingly call customer service left messages,no response whatsoever. Had a carpenter adapt the rubbish item. Strongly advise everyone to AVOID THIS COMPANY like the plague unless you love extreme stress and frustration. Unfortunately I’ve had to award 1 star to enable a review.”
