“The dress is beautiful, however it has hole on it arm. I could fix it myself, but for the fact that I had paid £55 for this dress and delivery feed, I think it shouldn’t carry a hole at all.”

“Liked the blazer dress, but no internal button, just the button hole. The button doesn’t appear to have ever been attached. I live in France, but prefer to pay for UK purchases via PayPal with my UK payment cards. Your system mysteriously decided to change my payment from UK pounds into euros. This is the first time I have ever had this happen and hopefully it will be the last.”

“Was excited to receive my order. It’s a nice skirt with nice material & design. It looks like a Valentino skirt, wording replaced with LOVE instead. Just doesn’t feel like it’s well made. The skirt also isn’t a forever unique brand, but has a tag from a different company? I’m not fully satisfied, disappointed. Definitely not worth my hard worked money! :(”

“Ordered a white dress which came out in different colour. Cream if not ivory. Size was also small. I'm a size 12. Dress was L for 12-14. Disappointed.”

“Dress was gorgeous but arrived faulty as zip was broken so will be sending back for a refund unfortunately. Such a shame as it really was a lovely dress other than the zip being broken the dress seemed amazing quality. Would still purchase from here again though as i have purchased items from Forever unique in the past and they were total quality, just think it's a one off thing to be honest as all my other items have lasted really well. If it had not been damaged would have given 5 stars for sure.”

“Clothing is wonderful quality and stylish but unfortunately you do not cater for anyone above a size 16 which is a great pity as I am sure if you did you would increase your market significantly :(”

“The delivery was speedy but unfortunately the dress is too short so I had to return it. Although communication is good, I feel the timescales for refunds is too long.”

“Love the dress (great quality, shape, material and detail) but it arrived with the security tag attached. Now sorting out returning it to be removed before I can wear it. Good job the event is another week away.”

“Beautiful dress.great fit in an 18 so I ordered the dress inXXL. Perfect fit. Material is a little cheap looking to say the dress cost £80. Lypsy do a very similar dress for £60 I've bought that too as the material is a lot nicer.”

“Great dress but tassels were falling off trying it on and walking through the bar, it’s very fragile definitely not for dancing. Delivery options need to be extended too I was lucky a neighbour was near to sign as I had no other option, not great for next day delivery and no collectplus for example”

“Returned item as coral dress was not as vibrant as I thought, appreciate colour is difficult to fully interpret on line. Quality of dress disappointing, material looked cheap and lining was not good, for £180 dress the finish was just not right. The diamante neckline was poor quality and looked tarnished, the packaging of the dress was again not what i would have expected and item was creased. However perhaps just a bad choice. On the positive the service was good and delivered on time.”

“The dress was nice but the delivery appalling, I had next day delivery my parcel arrived 4 days late! I know this is not Forever Uniques complete fault as it was Yodel however they chose to use them to deliver.”

“Hi, Yodel sent my delivery to the wrong address and my tracking says it was delivered but I didn't receive it. Then Yodel sent me a text message says your parcel was delivered at your neighbor's no address of the neighbor's. It had happened before to delivered my parcel to the wrong address.... Beside that I love Forever Unique clothes the best online shopping clothes....”

“Delivery service is excellent, but disappointed with products, trousers were soooo long and although they were silver, black and nude in colour they had a very bright gold zip on the outside which I really don’t like, the top I ordered had gathering on the front but it had been sewn in wrong so I couldn’t even the gathers out. Unfortunately both items returned.”

“I liked the dress and when I saw it, thought it was an accurate description and picture - only problem was that the zip was broken so had to return- the other reason for giving just 3 stars is due to having to pay p&p -I wouldnt have ordered if it hadn’t been for a free postage offer”
