“Package came quickly, wrapped beautifully. Absolutely love the blazer...however, 2 buttons fell off the first time I wore it.”

“The products I have received look fantastic however one dress has around 3 teeth on the zip missing at the bottom of the dress. With the dress costing £33 in the sale I’m going to just take it to the local sew shop and get a replacement zip. I never expected this from Forever Unique being a relatable company. Will I order again, yes of course. Hopefully I won’t have this problem again. X”

“I love Forever Unique when they get it right!! There is a vast difference in garments that are suppose to be the same size and quality of their machinists. Some of the dresses I’ve ordered have been cut incorrectly making the side seams ruffle when wearing. This is all down to how the fabric is cut when it’s a stretch material. I love their designs and just wish there was some consistency in sizing and quality. But when they get it right. It’s amazing!! Thank you Forever Unique. I hope these comments are taken on board as I would then buy a lot more!! x”

“Ordering process was good, delivery was good but unfortunately every item I ordered was far to big for me. Especially in length. So I would say unless you are a minimum of 5' 7" you are going to struggle. A real shame as I loved every item but had to return them all.”

“I have used you before and found the service fabulous, where there was no hesitation in 5*, however this time Yodel have really let you down. I paid for next day delivery, received a text from yodel to say my parcel would arrive between 16.40 and 18.40. At 15.35 I received an email to say the parcel had been delivered then another to say sorry we missed you. I returned home at 16.15 to no parcel. Yodel said on Friday that it would take 24hours to investigate and I have heard nothing! No dress for the ball and over £500 out of pocket with parcel location unknown 😕”

“Fab clothes and quick service however the returns procedure is far too slow. It often takes in excess of two weeks- so if you’re relying on a quick refund in order to order something else you’ve got no chance”

“I purchased a cardigan and dress, the dress is pretty but I'm not 100 % sold on it. Going to get my husband's opinion but the cardigan quality is a bit poor. I always thought your quality would have been so high but I am finding bits of green fabric coming off. Any more comes off and I'll be sending back to you.”

“I ordered quite a lot of items and had to pay separate postage. I e mailed and asked for items to be put together but they said they had been sent. I thought they would have at least reimbursed me. Not happy considering how much I had bought.”

“The photos of the dress I ordered were slightly misleading in that in one photo there was a front zip all the way down the dress and in another no front zip. The dress I received did have the front zip (which was what I wanted). I like the dress very much but unfortunately, the sizing guide wasn't accurate - at least as far as this dress is concerned. I am a size 8-10 and match the measurements in the size guide (in this case 'S'). However, the dress was much too small on the bust. However, I've returned it and have ordered the size 'M' instead and hope that this will fit.”

“My first experience of Forever Unique, and probably my last unfortunately. Three stars is for the ease of using the website and the efficient delivery. But alas, the clothes are not great quality for the price, poorly sized, bad fit and just aren't worth the money, so I've sent them all back. Shame as they look way better in the photos than in reality. Lesson learnt.”

“This is the first time I have ordered. I ordered 2 dresses for an upcoming holiday. They were very creased and huge. Size ordered was 12 but these dresses were more like 14. Even big under arms!! Positive note they did arrive quickly”
