“I ordered two items together but only received one, as the other item wasn’t in stock. I wish I had been told this when I did the order. Apart from that the delivery was on time as specified. Just disappointed that I don’t even know when I will receive my other item. On the delivery note it said “ Will be sent out when in stock”. 🙁🙁”

“Unfortunately the £90 sparkly jacket I bought was very overpriced for what it was. It looked great online but when I received it -it was fairly cheap quality. In additional I have seen an almost identical jacket in other stores priced at less than half what I payed for it. Not sale prices either. I didn’t expect to see this jacket in other stores. Fortunately I received a refund.”

“I really use to enjoy shopping at Forever Unique and use to spend a lot of money purchasing their clothes. These days it feels like very hard work with having to now pay for delivery unless they have a free delivery promotion happening and also you may purchase something full price and not too long after there is a flash sale with 10% or 20% off clothing which can be very disappointing. I feel that many of the styles are not to my liking anymore and alot of the clothing is poorer quality than the high end that they use to be. I was very agreaved recently after paying postage for an item I ordered in a size large that was clearly a much smaller size than a large. I sent photos to Zara at Forever Unique showing a comparison of the supposedly large item I’d received to another Forever Unique large different item but was told they would not refund the delivery charge. S, M and L is an unhelpful size option to provide on the website. I wish a lot of the styles were not designed for people who don’t have to wear a bra too as that is not a realistic percentage of the female market including me. It’s such a shame as I use to be such a fan and spend a decent amount of money with them. They also may feel annoyed with me for posting this review but I would have emailed it to the Forever Unique customer services email address but I don’t think it’s monitored as I’ve sent a few questions to it previously but no one ever responds. And also the new courier service is terrible. If your not in to receive your parcel it’s a nightmare having to rearrange it. DPD were much better.”

“For an expensive dress would have ecpected decent wrapping such as a box or tissue dress beautiful but badly finished stitching crooked threads hanging not worth money”

“Ordered the Slick clutch bag and Kamna dress. The bag did not disappoint, absolutely gorgeous addition to any little black dress. The dress was a huge disappointment and in my view poor quality, very unforgiving material unless has you have 0% body fat, find it hard to believe that someone would pay full price for this item (It was on sale) unlike the bag which is very high end. However delivery and returns service is super efficient.”

“Loved the colour of the dress but the sizing was way out. the Bust size on the size 10 dress was obviously meant for a double DD bust not a 34A so disappointed that I had to return the item.”

“I would have loved to have scored 5 out of 5 but my leopard print shirt came with no button on one of its cuff and another button was damaged. So I had to sew my two spares on. One was completely flat and not the same ridged effect as the rest. I do love all of the garments I purchased which is just so disappointing that one came damaged!! ☹️”

“Hi all the dress I purchased was beautiful unfortunately the large didn't fit so I have had to send it back I am a size 12 to 14 which is stated a large in your dress this defantly was not, I would gladly buy the dress again if you did it in a bigger size”

“As a big chested lady who usually purchases a U.K. size 14, I found the large size in this dress very small fitting and unfortunately this is the largest size available, some ladies are over a size 12!”

“Lovely good quality dress however the sizing is very small I have sent back the m and have requested a large which is the biggest size ( I am a size 12) I am not sure the large will fit either as it seemed about 2 sizes too small.”

“Although the sandals look lovely they are extremely small sized. I usually have a six but in a sandal can squeeze into five sometimes. These are a six and are too tight lengthwise and quite marrow too.”

“I called to change my delivery address and asked for an email to confirm this had been done, but still waiting to hear back. Parcel did arrive but the belt is missing from the dress, so not the best first experience of them!”

“The dress was lovely and fit well. But the button fell off as soon as I touched it and there was loose threads hanging from seams. Easily mended but as I paid £70 I did expect more quality. Flimsy packaging which was squashed through the letterbox therefore it ripped.. Attention to detail is required to match your prices please.”

“I am very happy with my purchase however not happy with the delivery. I paid for next day delivery which stated my dress would be delivered next day if the order was placed before 4pm. The dress did not come 'next day' because I ordered it when it was a bank holiday. This was not made clear at the time of purchase - I live in Scotland where it was not a bank holiday and I feel this should be made more clear in future. If it's a bank holiday and your offices are going to be closed you should make this more clear to customers.”
