“I was confused as I ordered a black blazer jacket and thought it was made by Forever Unique but had a different name on the label, was quite disappointed as My Daughter had the same jacket bought from another company for the purchase price of £40.00 making it £25.00 cheaper.”

“I placed my first order recently but am returning the item as it is too small. I am a standard size 16 but the item that arrived is more size 14. I would have kept the blouse had it fit me. Most online clothing companies produce clothes to a standard size 10, 12, 14, 16 and even 18. You are missing a large part of the curvy market by not making clothes to fit larger than size 14. Also the quality of your clothes is on par with ASOS and Zara but your pricing is higher? Your delivery/returns policy is good. I hope I haven't offended you and that you take my feedback as positive criticism. Many Thanks”

“Prompt delivery of item but was too small so had to return it. Followed instructions to return and print off address label but for some reason it just wasnt happening! Ended up emailing them to send me a return address label which i then downloaded. Not straight forward at all. Website also not great!”
