“Service was very good but dress I ordered only came in two sizes in small or medium and it was a little tight supposedly a size 10/12 but seemed smaller can't understand why they haven't done bigger sizes in this style when you do with other styles ,l feel like it's discrimination for larger sized women and I'm actually a size 10/12 thank you”

“I have just bought another one of your dresses to find yet again another major fault, by this I mean I paid a lot of money for the Emmie dress to find there is no stitching on the front which is so noticeable. The dress before this also had a fault which you kindly replaced. I am disappointed yet again as this recent dress needs sorting as I have bought it especially for a friends wedding anniversary.”

“I received the dress and was so pleased, until I saw it was faulty at the back, where part of the dress has been stitched into the seam. For a dress which cost so much, I was surprised that this was not picked up by quality vontrol. Now I have to go the trouble of returning it.”

“Dresses are nice but not too sure they are worth the money. I was also very disappointed with the colour of some dresses. Two dresses I ordered looked very different in colour online to the ones I received. Maxine orange dress is a brighter neon orange than the photographed dress. I rang the head office to complain regarding this but felt as if my complaint was not taken seriously.”

“ordering from forever unique used to replicate their quality of products coming in a box now it is standard packaging you would get from any site and the dress I ordered was standard material definitely not worth the price.”

“I've recently ordered a couple of tops, if I had paid full price I would have been disappointed and sent them back. The material is fairly tacky as are the straps on one of them. Not the standard I would have expected nor what I am use to from you!”

“The presentation was superb, however I was saddened by the quality as the tassel on the zip fell off as I tried the skirt on. Lovely skirt but I shouldn't have to get my husband to fix it”

“I ordered a dress and a top...the dress was too small which was fine because it was an 8, and I normally am a 10 (it was the only one left, so I took a risk). the black top I ordered was so disappointing as although a small, was so huge and unshapely and did not suit me at all. The clothes all arrived in a beautiful box and I might order again”

“Fantastic service, packaging beautiful, however the top is far to overpriced at £110, the fabric and finish does not warrant the price tag. Would make me think twice before ordering from you again, due to the overpricing of your garments this top was worth no more than £60”

“Firstly I recieved no confirmation I had to call to ask if my order had been placed?? The only thing I recieved was about delivery!! Delivery is with the worst company ever !! Constantly chasing the parcel , they come at different times they state and don't delivery when they say they will , collect Saturday after 12 yes that never happened !! Monday more like !! Dpd are a constant let down when ever I've used them!! Puts me off ordering from you again!! Disappointed and still waiting on my order!!!”

“I thought the delivery service was good. The product itself was abnormally long and not a standard 10. Customer services were average. I didn't like the fact I had to create an account in order to receive a returns label. Average.”

“Beautiful presentation in the address box, and lovely to have a dress hanger bag, a very nice touch. Unfortunately I could hear beads falling off the dress into the hanger bag as I first took it out. On close inspection, some of the beadwork in a number of places had come undone. Not quite the level of quality you would expect after forking out over £400 for an item! I was quite disappointed at the low quality of finishing of the beadwork and long on cot threads sticking out from hems and zip lines. I have seen better work from Primark items! On the plus side, it is a beautiful dress, but unfortunately I will be hunting for beads to match this dress so that I can repair it before I even first get to wear it! Not what you would expect to have to do after spending so much money on an apparently high quality item !! £415 is no joke!”
