“I ordered a size 14 dress a week or so ago for a special occasion. Then a few days later I get an email telling me there was an error and my size was no longer in stock and I was being refunded. I go online today and there is the dress still saying size 14 is still in stock?? Clearly the website is not up-to-date or I have been short-changed, which is really disappointing.”

“I was so thrilled when the dress arrived and it fitted like a glove. However, I am not a giant, I am 5'6" and even with a three inch heel am less than the model in bare feet. Can you make dresses of a length for normal people?! Unfortunately, the style I chose was not one that could be shortened sufficiently given all the detailing down the dress and around the bottom edge, it would have lost the look. Soooooooooooooooooooooooo disappointing.”

“The design is perfect - absolutely beautiful designs I find on this website. However, one major let down is the fabric; I thought for a dress which is quite pricey if anything the fabric would be top notch however it feels a bit cheap. Everything else though, including customer service is great. Thanks”

“I found a drop-dead gorgeous dress and placed an order. I was excited to receive the delivery but two days later, received an email saying the 'refund' may take a couple of days. I did not request for a 'refund' so I enquired , in which I found they ran out of stock. They should have notified me when I was placing the order online. If they later realised they didn't have stock, they should have been open and admit rather than confusing the customer. Nonetheless, it would be great if they get more in stock because I'm still interested to purchase the gorgeous dress!”

The stock issue was due to a system error and as soon as this was apparent from picking your order the cancellation email was sent with notes explaining the issue. Apologies if this was not clear and we hope you manage to find your dream dress!

“Although the dress was lovely and arrived promptly, it was very upsetting to see the price reduced by £60 straight after I had purchased it. I feel disappointed which is a shame as it is a beautiful item.”

“I had a bit of trouble with my Internet connection to order the dress I wanted so I phoned the number that was on the website to order the dress over the phone ... the lady I spoke to was not helpful at all she sounded pissed of with me it wasn't very nice even though I wanted to buy a dress that was a lot more expensive than I would have payed if I had time to look for another dress I would have but I didn't it would make me think twice about ordering again ... the dress is beautiful but bad customer service”

“I ordered dress and i received wrong size i sent email i didn't hear from customer service department any respond. I tried to call it is 24 house the phone listed on the website is busy. i tried to ship the dress back ups asks for $220 shipping fee. There is no return or exchange shipping label. I want the dress i just want to exchange the size 12 UK.”

“Service was great. Item was awful, for something that was originally £150 I was shocked at the dresses quality, could have been of a market. I am sending this item back for this reason and that it was not as described. Really check what you are buying”
