“Delivery is good Returns are made difficult , no returns label you have to go online and print one...... very Stone Age . I have lots of their dresses and I'm usually very impressed However the last 2 I've purchased are not in the same quality bracket at all . I hope it's just bad luck of my choices and not something that's going to occur frequently.”

“The website was great to navigate around and make a purchase. When my jumpsuit arrive the trouser part fit perfect and I was really happy, however the top half was far too big for a size 10.the arm length was too long and the whole sleeve on both sides gaped from shoulder to wrist wich really disappointed me, also the main body was far too big and the shoulder seam didn’t sit on my shoulder . Felt maybe someone else had worn and returned this jumpsuit or it had been stretched. Wasn’t worth £130 in the end , disappointed with the product”

“Unfortunately the dress didn't fit so sent it back but having to wait 10 working days (two weeks) from when it is received back by you for a refund is not acceptable. We have all the technology available to us these days to process a refund the day it arrives back to store.”

“Whilst I appreciate I bought something in the sale I was firstly disappointed the item appeared to be a previously returned item. there was a snag on the back of the dress and secondly, the postal packaging was terrible. I have ordered before and received mixed folded items in a box. This was sent crumpled in a plastic bad. Poor.”

“Items delivered were nice, I’ve kept some of them. Disappointed that I couldn’t try one dress on despite it being gorgeous - as soon as I took it out of the packaging, my floor was completely covered in glitter - such a shame! I also hadn’t banked on having to pay £11 to return the unwanted items!!”

“I have always had good experiences with forever unique but this time my experience was not the best. The rating is purely for my experience with customer services. I Messaged them twice about two different queries with my order and they didn't get back to me, when the item arrived it was actually faulty. Delivery time was great and returns process so far has been good. I have only just returned the faulty item so the process is not complete.”

“Beautiful use of material and color, but did not work for my curvy, long body.. I ordered 5 dresses, and was able to retain 2, and returned 3. I am very happy w/ the 2 I kept.. but do not think I will place an order in future, as I am too curvy as a size 12(US) at 5'10.”

“Had to send blue leopard wrap top back for smaller size. I find it really annoying you have to print off a returns label. Other companies enclose a label with your receipt. This puts me off buying from this website.”

“The dress I ordered is lovely and the price was good but I paid extra for next day delivery well before the 7pm cut off and it wasn’t delivered for 2 days so I wasn’t happy about that very poor service !!”

“Ordered small and medium, I am a size 10 and wanted to be sure it fitted as I hadn't ordered before. Both too small so I ordered a large which arrived and was actually smaller than the medium. Delivery service very good just the production of the dress was of a poor quality due to sizing being tiny.”

“Product wise I am happy with my purchase although it did need returning for a smaller size (not anyones fault nor a major issue) Customer service wise, disappointed with the time it takes to get a response to a query. Still waiting to see when my exchange will be sent out, item returned was delivered to supplier on Monday, I just merely want to know when I will receive my replacement”
