This company is Horrible!!!!! This customer service is Horrible!!!!! I never received my package and they will NOT refund my money..... Please DO NOT order anything from this site!!!!!

Really bad customer service. Clothes’ quality is worse. Customer service supervisor lied about a defective product having great reviews to get me off the call. Do not purchase from this store, they are all junk.

I ordered 170 dollars worth of clothing from Forever 21. My shipping confirmation came in and it was a completely wrong address. So I called them. The customer service rep didn’t ask for my email address, phone number, billing address, and/or cc card info. She asked for the confirmation number and told me my full name!!! Then I told her that the address it was being shipped to isn’t mine. She then copped a major attotude and told me she was the one who spoke with the real Megan and changed the address. So I willingly gave this woman all the info she needed to know I’m the real Megan. She then admitted to not asking this woman anything but for the confirmation number (just like she did me) because due to the order status she didn’t have to ask for anything else. I continued to tell her I need those items. That’s why I ordered them today. Basically was told to keep an eye out on the package shipping before anything else could happen. She said my email must’ve been hacked but with gmail emails you can run diagnostics on them and it will tell you if any security issues have occurred. My email address came back perfect. So now I have to wait for it to be shipped back to the warehouse and then be sent to me. Hopefully in time for what I need them for. That customer service lady was absolutely terrible, rude, and not very helpful. The manager was a little nicer. But the ultimate question is why is it ok for someone to give out only the confirmation number and be able to change the entire order to a total different city and state. I am very mad!!!! As soon as they send me my items I will apologize for this but until then I’m going to keep telling people.

I ordered a bunch of clothes online, they were all poor quality. On one of the clothes the zip broke the moment I tried to zip it on and the stitching was coming off and just because they were on sale items they refused to take it back. And when I tried to talk to them on the online chat they did not wait for me to respond and just ended the conversation. Extremely disappointed. Poor customer care. I have been a regular customer but after this experience I’m never shopping at F21 again!

Worst experience. I am a young mother who went to shop at forever 21 with my kid. This is only retail store I rejected to get into the fitting room with my kid.

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME ONLINE SHOPPING ON THEIR SITE, AND THIS COMPANY DECIDES ON THEIR OWN TO CANCEL MY ORDER WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME BEFORE HAND. THEY USED A LAME EXCUSE THAT MY "BILLING ADDRESS" IS WRONG. NEVER IN THE MANY YEARS THAT I'VE HAD MY CARD, HAS THIS ERROR HAPPENED. I'M ASSUMING THEY RAN OUT OF THE ITEM, OR TOOK IT AND DECIDED TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND THEN SEND ME AN EMAIL AFTER THE FACT. SO I LOST OUT ON A GREAT PROMO. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEMS! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

If you purchase an item on their website that does not have a tag that says “Forever 21” you cannot exchange it or return it in store, even though you bought it straight from their website.. I bought a pair of a pants online that did not fit me, & tried exchanging it for something that would in store. They told me I couldn’t & the only option was to send it back to them through mail & refund won’t be processed for weeks. They also do not let you return/exchange jewelry in store. I also purchased sandals online that didn’t fit me that well, I went into the store just hoping to get a better size, & they made me pay a price difference, even though they were the same sandals. Forever 21 has the absolute worst return&exchange policy & it’s simply not worth buying high-priced items online if there’s a chance it won’t fit you perfectly! Probably my last time making big purchases through their website.

Every time I buy in a special sale they cancel the order (always ) when the offer ends then they accept the purchase, I don’t get it, you can chat and call but it’s only to make the purchase again and at the end it’s canceled

They say we are to share our experiences in order to help others, so here’s is my experience with Forever 21. To the management of forever 21: it begins with the customer and it ends with the customer. When you purchase something online and it doesn’t fit you and you would like to exchange it the prices are always always honored at any other store. forever 21 does not honor prices . Be aware!!

Horrible customer service ! I was hung up on and then told that I “could not expect all of the information I need on shipping to be available when I select my shipping option”. I paid almost $20 extra for 24 hour delivery and they told me that I shouldn’t expect every thing to happen as it is listed on their site.

My daughter ordered the dresses on the 2nd of June. She still hasn't received her order, so I called the courier company Fastway, I was told that they have returned to the sender!!! Because my daughter is a student. She need to go to school. So I contacted the forever 21 to let them know what happened with the order and request the refund, so far, We still haven't received the refund!!! Worst customer service ever!!! Be careful to buy from them!

I’d like to inform you of how horrible your customer service representatives are. They have no care or concern or patients. My order 87542671 was placed and one of the items was your Striped Trim Hooded Crop Top & Leggings Set. I originally ordered it in black and I received “mustard”. It’s nice I will keep it, but the item color was incorrect. If you are out that item color don’t post it on your website as available that is false advertising and you just flawed me for my money and sent me whatever you had left. Please advise. Js. Nica. You’re clothes have changed immensely. It’s not fashion anymore, it’s an invitation for women to dress as revealing as they possible can. This used to be my favorite place to shop but I much prefer to dress classy and pretty as opposed to... revealing in every manner of speaking. Please Forever 21, change your collection back to pretty and appealing!

I placed order $156 from F21. The next day they canceled my order with unclear reason. I called them to clarify and asked them to process my order again. Then they want me to reorder those items but the promotion is no longer available. So I have to pay more for same order. They do nothing to solve the problem. Very disappointed with their service.

Worst customer service i have ever received. After 4 -5 hours of messing around on the phone with them i finally cut up my forever 21 charge card. Do not ever sign up for their charge card that promises 20% off first purchase, $10 birthday certificate and $10 bonus on first purchase. It is an absolutely scam and you will never receive. All you get is transferred from one person to the next and to the next who can not help you. In addition every time i would go to order an item they were out of stock of most sizes. Clothes are also over priced.

Unfortunately I am giving my experience with forever 21 only one star. Prior to this I would have given it five due to accurate tracking, fast shipping and delivery. I have ordered from them around 20 or so times before. But almost a month ago, I ordered a dress for an upcoming school dance, my last one, and first it didn’t arrive on the scheduled due date. Then, two weeks passed. Still nothing. Customer service has been no help whatsoever, and my package is still lost. Would no longer recommend.

If there is a zero star I would give it… If there is a zero star I would give it to them and their bank Comenity capital bank that issued my Forever 21 credit card. They sent me a $277 bill and asked me to pay it back, the transaction occurred in Ohio, and I live in San Jose, CA. I told them that was fraud or someone used my Forever 21 credit card, they apologize but when the due payment past they sent me a late charge fee and now the amount of the bill jumped to $311. again I told them that bill, not mine, so they cancelled my credit card and sent me another one, which I didn't ask for and still want me to pay for something not mine. I will never ever purchase anything from Forever 21 neither online nor at the store. And they keep bothering me in order to pay the bill and if they don't stop that harassment, I will report them.

Ordered items on Monday 1/21, chose overnight shipping for $25. Call on Thursday because they are not received, couldn't get a person in a sufficient wait time, hung up. Got online chat, she found the order, not sure why it hadn't been sent to warehouse, it was just sitting in 'new status', couldn't ship until Friday (next day). I explained it was not sufficient, as we had ordered on Monday, and it was 2:41pm PT, plenty of time to still package and ship. I simultaneously called again customer service, person stated that she understood that it was for an event, and it would be shipping out by end of day on Thursday. LIES. I got shipping notification on Friday afternoon, to be arriving on MONDAY. These items are for a single release party/simultaneous video being filmed and we live 2.5 hours from the nearest mall. DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Will never order again.
