“Since introducing the Easy Pull toilet paper, we've eliminated issues with blocked toilets that were common before. We've also noticed a great reduction in usage and waste. Following a successful trial in one area, we've now implemented the Easy Pull toilet paper and dispensers across the whole school.”

“I would like to say a huge thank you to your delivery drivers, Craig and Neil. They are both incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Nothing ever seems too much trouble for them, and they consistently go above and beyond whenever they are delivering items. Their positive attitude and excellent customer service really make a difference. They are always smiling, cheerful, and happy to assist with anything that is needed, which is greatly appreciated. “ordered a classroom worth of tables and chairs for a temporary classroom we have on site . chairs were no problem but tables were out of stock at the supplier! Sam from customer services found a new supplier and arranged delivery in time for the classroom to be up and running before the half term ended . fantastic customer service and will most definitely be using Forward again”

“I have had significant support from Lynda (Cleaning and Hygiene BDM) over recent months and it has been invaluable. I would like to thank Forward Products for their advice and guidance and also their professionalism when answering my questions. I would especially like to note the excellent service provided by Shane when he came to deliver and fit our new equipment.
