“I am always extremely happy with the whole process - from the initial order to receiving the resources - Hayley is always 'only an email away' if I need anything - or if I have a query - she always answers straight away or passes it to someone else who answers promptly. Resources are always exactly as described and of a good quality. Delivery is always on time, with clear notes if something needs to come a bit later. Very good experience for all staff who have ordered - site manager, business manager and myself - 10/10”

“Hayley at Forward is brilliant!! I just pick up the phone and call my order through. If she doesn't have it or Forward don't stock it she will get it for me. With next day delivery she is always my first point of call when our stock runs low.”

“Been using forward products as a direct supplier for furniture and stationary for over 18 months now and I I can’t fault the service. Lead time in great, with most products delivered within 24 hours. The service provided by colleagues, specifically Andy and Jade, is tailored to our needs and very personable. Would recommend to anyone.”
