“I think they are good but have found the calorie intake is quite high so instead of having the full sachet I half each of mine. Not only does it help weight loss quicker but also last longer as it is also very expensive so not a lifestyle change you could keep up.”

“Do these work? After taking them for 35 days; they arrived day after I ordered them, I have absolutely no idea. I certainly feel no different. This type of supplement to me is more about the psychological impact and generally changes you make at the same time to diet and exercise, which are the things that subsequently have a more dramatic impact on your general health. Maybe it's a combination of my natural scepticism and the fact I already feel that I have a fairly healthy lifestyle (diet and exercise wise) that I 'feel' no overall benefit from these. Looking at the ingredients at least there's nothing listed that can do any harm, although I would dispute some of the claims made for them as the research is pretty sketchy - particularly around chlorella, which years ago was touted as the answer to the potential food shortages we would experience. If I were going to buy these I'd buy the 270 capsule version as that gives better value. Me, I'll stick to healthy eating and exercise.”

“Like most women, I watch my weight. So I am always searching for new ways to make this less painful. I have previously tried the hot chocolate flavour of this meal replacement shake from Forza and I loved it, so I have decided to get more, this time vanilla flavour. This one comes in a box that has 3x 55g satchets that contain powder, just like the hot chocolate one that I have tried before. You can prepare the drink with cold or hot water, you simply add 250 to 300 ml and stir it until it's smooth. I used hot water because the powder is easier to dissolve then. The drink has a lovely strong vanilla smell. I must say that even though I love everything that is sweet, this one so sweet it was sickening! It was hard for me to finish the whole drink because it was like eating sugar dissolved in water.”

“These are easy to take, come in a nice box that looks very professional and genuine. I was assured that the product is genuine and high quality but I can't say I really noticed any particular effects. I have also been taking greens as a powder and I will say that it is much less annoying to ingest the nutrients in the form of these capsules, but as I say I don't know if they really had any drastic effect.”

“I can only speak from personal experience with this product, but it did work for me once I had sorted the dosage! I'm 5ft 10", and 13st so pretty average size wise. The recommended dosage is 1-2 capsules first thing in the morning with another around midday so I followed this and well, I was as high as a kite! It was a real caffeine OD so I reduced my dosage to 1 capsule before my morning workout and they work fine, they give me a real energy boost but without too much of a high.”

“It never came, which I was really gutted about as I really wanted to try the products I ordered, however they were very good in refunding me for the orders that didn't come but def gutted I was scared to order again incase undelivered again :-/”

“When the bottle arrived, one of the capsules had burst and there was powder coating every single capsule, meaning I had to take them all out, clean them off with a towel and clean out the inside of the bottle! A bit of a hassle, and the first time this has happened with a supplement I have ordered. Aside from this, the multivitamins seem fine and I have had no adverse reactions. I do wonder why the manufacturers thought it necessary or wise to add artificial colouring (Titanium Dioxide, Brilliant Blue FCF) to what is supposed to be a health product.”

“This shaker is.... OK. It does the job but you gotta make sure that tops on properly as just screwing it in place doesn't work so well, instead you need to line it up and push it down till it clicks. Then screw it the rest of the way. Keep an eye on the seal in the lid too because if it pops out just a little; you're going to get shake on you. I think the protruding plastic on the top is pointless and gets in the way. However, it's better than the other 2 I have owned and it mixes the shakes really well and I use it everyday.”
