“Like the flavours, but wish you still had the other flavours back, ie the cappuccino and latte flavours as well as banana and blueberry”

“The reason for my low stars is that products that were sent to me were 5months out of date, an email was sent and no response was given. I did purchase them in the sale but still expected the sale products to be in date. I brought the pancake mix, it wasn’t mixing well, only then did I check the date as something seemed “off” apart from lack of communication with the unusable products received the shakes I got I absolutely love!!”

“I really liked the old meal replacement sachets which you mixed with water. Especially the caramel latte, cappuccino and vanilla ice flavours, - in fact all of them except Strawberry. They worked well to help me lose some weight. Having put on a bit of weight after lockdown, I put in an order recently, and found your range of flavours very limited. I Decided to try the new meal replacements in jars that you mix with milk, and whilst they are inexpensive, I don’t much like them. The two I have tried, -cappuccino and vanilla, - have a rather odd metallic after taste.”

“Hiya I ordered these as I really want to loose a stone or two. The shakes Me personally they don’t full you up so by saying it replaces your meal then I still find myself hungry. The shakes taste amazing I love the flavour quite sweet that I was happy about as I love sweet things but the texture of the shake it’s horrible I find myself taking ages to actually drink it seems like it isn’t desolving proper but over all I’d say their ok I can’t see myself sticking to the plan would be different if they made me feel full they were worth a try tho”

“The shakes are easy especially for people on the go as you only need water. The taste is ok I can drink it but wouldn’t be like wow it’s a lovely taste. Quite a sweet artificial after taste but with plenty of water they are ok. I have been doing it for 5 days and I’ve lost 3lbs so it does work and my tummy is less bloated but I have also been very hungry. Good if you need to get half stone off quick before holiday or something but not great long term.”

“The pills have worked great for my skin, but one of the bottles of supplements I ordered came a little damaged, which I assumed happened during delivery as the capsules were cracked thereby leaking inside the container.”

“I have taken the 200mg capsules (3 per day) for 1-month for the first ever time in my Life. I believe they do what they say on the label "breakdown of fats" as my Stomach seems to be wobbly more than ever before. I even had a1-week off these tablets and still did not gain weight on the scales, so I really do believe they help keep weight-off too. I will continue to the end with my 2-month supply (186 bottle) and have even purchased my next bottle in the sale! This said, I have googled Caffeine and read the following: "Caffeine can cause a short, but dramatic increase in your blood pressure, even if you don't have high blood pressure. It's unclear what causes this spike in blood pressure. Some researchers believe that caffeine could block a hormone that helps keep your arteries widened." Therefore, I shall not be taking "Raspberry K2" LONG-TERM. I shall maybe take for up to 1-year or whenever I reach my target weight and STOP (which ever comes first).”

“This product was given to my girlfriend to review as she is a nutritionist. It appears that the Marketing is directed at young women with lots of pinks, including the capsules. It has a very informative booklet that explains the basic principles of dieting. It comes with recipes, diet journal and general information on food labelling. The daily amount of each vitamin and mineral supplied per capsule is average. It does have a good amount of vitamin B12, though it would have been good to also include folic acid and iodine as it is aimed at young women in their reproductive years. It's suitable for vegetarians and it's also gluten-free. There is useful information on the back of the box highlighting the function of the various key vitamins. It's also clearly indicted that it is not a slimming product which is responsible marketing.”

“As someone who can not stand green smoothies, kale or most of the new "super foods" that help de-tox this are a good way of getting these wonder foods in my diet. They are quite a large tablet to swallow so need a drink to help them down ( no vodka allowed! ;) ) and I have had no unpleasant side effects at all. As for feeling better, well having cut down on refined sugar and rubbish I had an initial lull and no feel all the better for it and these are no doubt helping with that too.”

“I normally buy the t5 super raspberry from forza but as they don't don't them no more I thought I would give the t6 a go. I didn't feel the kick I get with the t5. They might work amazing for someone else but for me it's a no”
