“The delivery date came and went twice. I tried to contact the company on the phone but there was no answer. I had to speak to them on their online chat where I was told effectively that customer service doesn't exist during their dinner break. I enquired about cancelling the order and was then told that miraculously the goods would be in stock and delivered the following week on the third given date. Indeed they were. Though there was nothing wrong with the goods, the company suggested that the out of stock situation was because of their supplier not having stock. It therefore appears, as other customers have suggested, that fotosense advertise and sell stock that they don't actually have. Further, the dates they give for delivery are therefore not met. I was disappointed with this company as I hoped they would be more customer orientated and I would therefore return for future purchases.”

“I ordered an instax mini 8 camera and it came only a few days after ordering. Packaged well so nothing got broken, have yet to use the camera but everything looks to have arrived in brilliant condition.”

“When you search the internet for an item, are happy with the price and go through the process of ordering and paying it's always a poor shopping experience to be contacted to say the item is no longer in stock. A different coloured item was eventually ordered on the phone afterwards, but it doesn't make up for the initial disappointment. The need to send a registration card [not pre-paid] for the warranty rather than being able to register online is an un-needed chore. Particularly as it's necessary to place the card in your own envelope if you don't want the world to see all your personal details.”

“Very good to talk to a nice person by phone, and not have to go through many stages before actually speaking to someone. Also the phone was answered promptly. My query was quickly dealt with and my camera delivered before 9am the next day. Thank you.”
