“Delivery at over two weeks was far more than the 5 days quoted. Add to that no communication from you until I complained about the non delivery is not good customer service. I appreciate that my order of £17.99 was not large but good service could well have resulted in furthur orders much larger in size. However in view of the the current experience that is now unlikely.”
