“Had all the equipment I required in one place. Were helpful with questions I had. Reasonable prices. However, the advertised 3-5 days shipment was misleading. Half my order took 15 days to leave the warehouse....which missed the occasion I had bought it for. And i had no apology, even though they promised it would be delivered I time. Disappointing.”

“The product never arrived when expected and took 10 days to arrive from ordering. I had to chase the delivery as it never arrived after the 3 - 5 days as initially stated. When the product arrived this was not packages adequately as the vendors box was just placed into another box with no additional packaging. I'm very disappointed with this company and I'll never use them again. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!”

“I ordered an instax camera and film from fotosense for our wedding, we selected next day delivery (as we were running late which is typical for us) and a team member (Holly) got in touch , letting us know that the specific camera colour we wanted was out of stock but they had an alternative colour (which was just as great) and they were still able to ship this out for next day delivery. The camera came, worked brilliantly and gave us alot of fun during our wedding. Great Customer Service, and thank you again Holly!”

“Firstly, I have to say that the free delivery note on the website is misleading. It states that delivery is in 5 working days. Item ordered on Monday but by Friday no notification of dispatch email received. As I was intending to take the item on holiday the following week, I tried calling Fotosense on the telephone number given on their website but a message said that no one was there to take my call and asked me to leave my contact details for Fotosense to contact me later. Luckily their live chat seems to respond quickly. After a number of contacts and due to the urgency of my order, Fitosense agreed to upgrade my delivery to expedited and the item was duly received before I left on holiday. All in all happy with the service despite its protracted nature.”
