“Good online descriptions, clear advice, good price. After i had ordered, the lens came very quickly and i was kept up to date about its whereabouts. Very happy.”

“I ordered a camera battery and SD card on 25 Aug on the basis that they were "in stock" and that delivery would be within 5-7 days. I was therefore disapponted that the SD card was not even dispatched until 1 Sep, and the battery not until 9 Sep (I finally took delivery on 14 Sep, nearly 3 weeks after my order). My credit card was charged on the day I made the order. Though competitive, Fotosense's price was not the lowest, and I chose it because the website noted the item as being in stock. This hasn't inconvenienced me greatly, but I wil hesitate to order from Fotosense again.”

“A good price and fast delivery and the website gave me useful information to make a buying decision. The only doubtful part was the packaging, the telescope was securely packed but without a manufacturer's box. Perhaps that is how they're supplied but it seemed odd. Still, the packaging was protective and secure. I was impressed enough to buy from Fotosense again.”
