“Despite being unable to fulfill the requested item within the time frame I set them they bent over backwards to keep my custom by offering me a suitable alternative which was as good. They express delivered it for when I needed it. They also refunded the difference in price swiftly not like some who drag their heels. I now look forward to using it and have no doubts it will be satisfactory. Well done Fotosense.”

“After purchasing a Panasonic camera battery from Fotosense, I scanned their website before deciding on which camera bag to purchase to replace the Panasonic case my Lumix FZ-62 came with. The Fotosense website provided me with a shortlist of several Manfrotto bags that could be suitable but I needed more Info on internal dimensions before making a decision. A telecon with a Fotosense customer adviser helped narrow the field and I then ordered the medium size Manfrotto holster which arrived within 48 hours and has proved itself to be an ideal choice to carry not only the camera, but also a spare battery, extra memory cards and a polarising filter. Fotosense's website is easy to negotiate and their telephone help excellent - all in all a good experience.”
