“Delivery was promt. HOWEVER, the instructions to attach the eye /raincovers were not easy to understand & I had to ring the technical department. It would have been useful for a diagram to be supplied and a note to say that it is normal fir one of the eainguard arms to be separated, I thought it was damaged .”

“The Binoculars were fine when I eventually received them. I ordered silver which apparently was not in stock but I was not informed. When I chased up the order after about 10 days they said that they only had black, so I ordered black. I received this after 4 days. Not good service.”
