“I was disappointed to learn that the camera ordered was out of stock temporarily and a date for delivery was later than hoped for. Eventually, the camera arrived several days ahead of the projected date so was delayed under a fortnight. Fotosense kept me informed. The camera was packaged well and was exactly as described.”

“It was very disappointing that I had to wait 6 weeks for the goods to be delivered. However when I rang to seek an explanation I was dealt with in an extremely courteous manner and with a reasonable explanation for the delay, and it was emphasised that if I wanted to cancel the order I could do and receive a full refund.”
