I have placed two orders recently with FotoSense. Both were dealt with very efficiently and arrived very promptly the next day. The whole process was smooth and faultless. A really great all round experience. Additionally both items were absolutely first class: An excellent Sirui ET-2004 tripod with E-20 ball head and also a beautiful lightweight Sirui T-004X tripod with C-10x ball head. These are fantastically well engineered, very stable, first class products. A friend and fellow photography enthusiast who is a CNC engineer by trade, could not fault the design and manufacture of the Sirui tripods - he is extremely impressed. In fact, after weeks of extensive research I could not find anything to equal the Sirui products. I am therefore absolutely delighted and extremely pleased with the whole experience and, of course, the brilliant Sirui tripods. Very Highly Recommended! A++++++++

On Tuesday 12/7/16 I ordered a Manfrotto Befree Tripod in red. The item duly arrived on Friday 15/7 but it turned out to be the black version. That evening I sent an email explaining that as the item was for a gift the red version was the preferred option and asking for an exchange , this seemed to be automatically accepted and gave a link where I could view the "Ticket", which had been raised, whatever that means, on clicking the link the message given was "Ticket not found". Anyway as it was weekend I was prepared to give it the benefit of the doubt presuming I would be contacted on Monday. Monday came with no reply and as I was working I was unable to get in touch. So on Tuesday I rang the Fotosense number on the website only to get an answering machine the first two times eventually getting to speak to someone on the third try at 10.00am. I explained the situation and received an apology and was offered either a £5 discount or a replacement within 3-5 days. I explained that I needed the item for Thursday this week and was told that they would have to speak to the warehouse about delivery options and would e mail me with these later in the morning. Nothing happened until 3.00pm when I received a call to say they could deliver on Thursday but it would be all day which was not suitable for me, I was again offered the £5 discount but when I said this amount was neither here nor there the lady told me she would speak to her manager to see what else she could do and get back to me later. No further contact was made until the following day Wednesday, when I called them during my lunch break, I was thanked for ringing back even though they were supposed to be calling me (now forgotten seemingly) and was told the tripod could now be exchanged on Friday or I could have the £5 discount, when I mentioned our previous conversation the lady told me they couldn't do any more as this item was being sold at cost, not sure why that is my problem but it would seem to be. When I said that posting a new tripod and paying to return the old one would cost more than this the offer was upped to £7.50 and I was told they would be making a loss on this item, again not sure how this is my problem. Anyway by now I was loosing the will to live, as I'm sure anyone reading this will be, so I accepted this new offer as I was now not going to get a replacement in time and just wanted to be done with the matter. All in all not my most enjoyable shopping experience.

bought a pair of binoculas for 28% less that the price at John Lewis, agreed didnt get the extended warranty but arrived next day and are an excellent branded product.

First Class. When I placed the order they initially said that there might be a delay on one of the Circular Polarizers as the were awaiting stock of a specific size. They asked if this would be ok. I said it was not an issue. However, a day ahead of the scheduled delivery day both filters turned up. Not only that but both were at a fantastic price. Well done guys.

I am very disappointed to write this review as I held Fotosense in high regard until I ordered my first item through them. I ordered a Telescope (Celstron Skyprodigy 130) through Fotosense which I was hoping would be delivered in time for a crucial presentation (and paid £700 compared to same product being advertised as £500 on other website just so I will have my product in time). After numerous phone calls and promises unfortunately the product was not delivered in time and I missed my opportunity. Only if the suppliers are honest and adhere to their promise.

Item I received was ordered on the 20th June 2016 and a delay in delivery meant it did not arrive until 7th July 2016. The item has a warranty for three years which is good knowing there was no charge for this. When opening the item I discovered no HDMI cable in the box or Software disc. I contacted the company who arranged to have a cable sent out to me and have received it. I am waiting to have a software disc to be able to edit my pictures r video's. I am pleased with the service I received and with the attitude of the lady whom I spoke with regarding the item. Would use the company again if I need to purchase in the future.
