10 days one phone call no item..who knows if I will ever see it. Poor poor service. Avoid.

was told it would take 3-5 working days for dispatch, it took nearly 3 weeks and when the package arrived it didn't have my name on it just the name of my workplace

The product never arrived when expected and took 10 days to arrive from ordering. I had to chase the delivery as it never arrived after the 3 - 5 days as initially stated. When the product arrived this was not packages adequately as the vendors box was just placed into another box with no additional packaging. I'm very disappointed with this company and I'll never use them again. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

Must admit i had high hopes for this company. Good website, and the prices are certainly very competetive. I normally use either WEX or Amazon for my photo gear. I wanted a particular lens for a forthcoming holiday, but neither had it in stock. After a bit of searching on the web, i find these guys. £20 cheaper, a free UV filter and a free 3 year warranty. In stock, ships 1-3 days. BINGO i'm thinking. So i order online. Pay using the PayPal option. Great, Sorted. And i wait, and wait. 3 days, four days, 5, 6 blah blah. No sign. Check my PayPal account, transaction completed. Bank statement, fine. Give it a few more days. Still no sign. So eventually after 9 days i phone them. Very nice lady on the phone, takes ages to check my order status. 'Oh sorry, it's on back order' 'Be another 7-10 days'. 'We sell over 2000 items, we can't always update our website'. Bloody hell ! So does everyone else. They take your money, and don't even bother to phone or email you, to tell you they have'nt got it in stock. What's the point. I should have known better i suppose. Every other dealer seems to be out of the lens, and many other Panasonic ones too. But at least they have the decency to update their websites, and be honest. I guess i'll have to do without it for my forhcoming New York trip. Even checked NY cam shops. they are all out too. Ironically, i've just checked 'fotoSense' website again. And they are still showing the said lens as, IN STOCK, SHIPS in 1-3 days. Oh dear !!!. So, to cut to the chase ... i'm not saying they are a bad company, they get some nice reviews, but i'd be phoning these people first, if i were you, to check availability, otherwise you may end up rather dissapointed, as i was. I did of coure get a full, immidiate refund. But then so i should.

Still to receive items more than a week after placing order with next to no updates on latest. This has impacted on a forthcoming shoot which in my eyes is un professional. Unfortunately because of this, I am unable to recommend Fotosense.

I placed my order on 12 March, today is 23 March and I've still waiting for it. A very poor service I am never going to do it one more time.

Good pricing but I've received a faulty product. Tried calling on Sat - closed. Tried past two days - phone engaged everytime I've called. I'd be careful before purchasing here as after sales is very poor/nonexistent

A cheaper product than that ordered was supplied by fotosense. They would not supply the correct item until the wrong one was returned. It was claimed that there was a returns label to be printed from the website - there wasn't. The only way for the customer to return is via the Post Office (most of which are now closed), at the customer's expense and inconvenience, though fotosense did agree to refund the cost, but not the inconvenience (even though they were at fault) after the event. The subsequent estimated date for the correct item to be delivered was incorrect, because fotosense did not have the correct item in stock, but they did tell me the product I'd ordered was 'superb' (as if I didn't know, and as if it were down to them) and 'worth the wait'. fotosense was one of my worst shopping experiences EVER! This is a company to avoid.

I am still waiting on delivery. Was told it would take 2-5 days for delivery and that I would receive a tracking number. Ordered it over a week ago still not here and received no tracking number.

Dear Alan, We are sorry that the courier has let you down. Goods shipped using Royal Mail international delivery on tracking number LQ402137722GB. You can track this through Royal Mail's website. Thanks Tom

I ordered a digital camera on Black Friday. 5 days later I receive an email from Fotosense advising that they did not actually have any of the item I had ordered in stock, and would not be getting any more. I will now have to order from elsewhere, but of course have missed the Black Friday deals. Thanks for nothing Fotosense!

Received a poorly packed package with missing content. Customer service tells me over and over again they are taking care of but nothing happens. Now about 2 months after my order I paid 280 GBP for nothing. I cannot recommend and I would not buy again at this shop.

I bought a Sony lens from Fotosense because of the extended 3years warranty but I never received it even after contacting them twice. It's a shame the internet is now full of companies who just promise but don't deliver. Fotosense is one of them I'd certainly not buy again.

I ordered one item (a Lastolite collapsible background) on a Tuesday but, despite it being in stock and paying for first class delivery, it was not dispatched until Friday and arrived on the following Monday, six days after being ordered.
