One item was unavailable, for which I was refunded. I also paid for first class delivery so that I could have the film in time for my holiday. It was estimated to arrive on the 10th, but arrived over a week later! Fortunately, I found an Impossible film reseller in Paris to purchase some film, but it was at considerable inconvenience. Should I not hear back after leaving this feedback, I'll be making a request for a refund of postage at the very least, as the extra £4 or so that I spent to have the film arrive on time was quite pointless. Camera itself is fine. falsely advertised, however. On the picture it showed instant camera AND film, but only the camera arrived. when i checked the receipt email after, i noticed it didn't say anything about the film. when i emailed fotosense to query it they took absolutely no responsibility and said it was simply my own fault for not checking thoroughly enough. I accept that i should have read the finer details but i feel that fotosense should have accepted that they were in the wrong to falsely advertise the camera with the film and a big plus sign in between the two. This was the sole reason i chose them over their competitors. i could have got the camera cheaper elsewhere if i had known this didn't come with the film as suggested in the photograph. Extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone and if you do choose to go with fotosense, pay no attention to the pictures they use to advertise.

Totally Not Happy. I have ordered 3 Professional photography products at once from FotoSense. But 2 of the products have arrived damaged and One of them could not have been damaged via delivery as I can clearly see that it is a product problem. The other item came totally bent out of shape. Yet the delivery box was in perfect condition making me believe that it was damaged before being put into the box. That is a 66% failure percentage. Totally unacceptable in this day and age. I have tried to contact FotoSense via their website customer support and 2 day's later I still haven't heard anything from them, yet they sent me this survey which I am happily filling out with a VERY POOR rating. Buy this showing I will not be using them again.

Do not use this company. Very poor customer service: 4 payments taken for one item, complaints ignored. Appalling.

Spoke to fotosense re a Panasonic camcorder, asking about a spare battery. This was not on their website. The guy said it would be available on their site within the hour. A week later it was still not there. Received an email offering 5% discount on any camera purchase. On attempting to use this it did not work. Phoned and was told the discount would not work anyway.. Emailed and asked why they offered a discount. No reply. I wonder what Trading Standards would have to say about this?

You sent me an item, Lastolite knitted background with stains and holds and obviously an old carry bag. Sent email but no reply. Ridiculous.

The experience with Fotosense was the worst I had so far with online shopping. They had to be chased repeatedly on the dispatch of the order already, which finally happened 10 days after my order. During that time, requests by e-mail remained unanswered which, as I found out, is due to the fact that the contact addresses "helpdesk@fotosense.co.uk" and "help@fotosense.co.uk" cited by them are obviously inactive. Initially, I also did not receive Royal Mail tracking data, this happened 3 more days later after additional requests. To date, 2 months after my order, I did still not receive the item. According to the Royal Mail tracking data it was dispatched in 2006 (I placed the order in July 2014!), and is said to have been delivered on 13 August 2014. This was later changed to 18 August 2014. I still do not know were my order is, all requests to Fotosense remained unanswered.

I ordered a 100 pack of INSTAX film for a wedding paid extra for 2nd class delivery (2-3 working days) and still haven't received it 8 days later!! THe wedding has been and gone. FUMING!! Apparently it's not their fault, I'm not convinced. DON'T USE THEM.

Ordred Friday afternoon 15/8 so order was in store for start of work Monday. Despite promise of 1st class post and my bank account being debited 0n 18/8 nothing received by 20/8 so no recommendation of this company

I ordered my items on 16/4/14 which were in stock. I paid for next day delivery by courier. I needed the items for the 19/4/14 when I was getting married. The items were delivered by royal mail on 24/4/14. Very poor service. Extremely disapointed in you. I will not be using you again. The items are basically pointless and not required now.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the binoculars, they were not lined up correctly so the two eye pieces could not focus together. The returns policy is so complicated, with emails back and forth eventually I was advised to return them not as faulty but under the cooling off period. Hence when they were returned and the credit made postage and packaging was deducted from the refund. I would never purchase from this company again.

Wrong (cheaper) lens filter sent, confusing returns procedure, replacement still not received a week later. Having to go on holiday with no filter on my lens. One month later, no replacement, no reply to emails.

I ordered a pair of Binoculars on the 8th of December as a Christmas present. Despatch would be by the 12th December. The 14th arrived and no email saying they had been sent. I called customer support and they said Sorry, we'll look into it. I then received another email saying they would be dispatched by the 18th December. Guess what, its now the 23rd December and the only thing I've received from them is the survey email. Still no dispatch or tracking email and no present for my wife this Christmas. Don't order if you can't afford to wait. Back to Amazon for me

When I ordered this item from fotosense I went with the photo in the advert as there was no other information within the advert. What was delivered was not what was advertised but when I phoned to complain I was told that this is what they were selling as this item and that the manufacturer could change the item without for warning. This is unacceptable.

Dear Robert, As stated on the phone we have offered you a full refund and a refund of your return postage. The problem we have is that the manufacturer has changed the box contents of the product. This change has now been reflected on our site thasnk to you highlighting this. However the status of the product will remian the same in that Fuji are only supplying your cleaning kit with the cloth, storage container for the cloth and the cleaning fluid. They are no longer supplying the travel container which is shown as a graphic on the box. Fuji's get out clause is that on the back of the box they state "Contents of kit are subject to change without prior notice. E&OE". Again we are sorry for any issues caused with this transaction.
