Has a chat line that is responsive. Offered extended warranty. Goods arrived in reasonable time.

They delivered the camera that I ordered, but recommended the wrong screen protector and didn't send them with the camera.

Great Price, but... dispatch was very disappointing. - It was several days after payment before the item was dispatched. - The dispatch note gave a tracking number and instructions on tracking my package for a non-tracked service.

Fotosense are fine, but I wish they'd use a different courier. Royal Mail make getting a parcel more difficult than the other couriers.

I am not happy. I am still waiting for my product to be delivered. It said 3-5 working days, but nothing arrived. Only after having to phone Fotosense did i find out that there was an issue with the delivery and that I would have to wait another 7 working days! The lady dealing with my call was very apologetic and courteous and did everything she could to help, including offering me another colour camera that could be delivered earlier. Unfortunately the lack of communication about any problem with the delivery means that they rate only acceptable and it will be poor/very poor if it does not get delivered next week.

GOOD: Price. BAD: Ordered three items showing as in-stock on the web site. Got an email to say two were on their way but one was on back order and the estimated delivery date was a month away. Sent an email, got no reply. Tried calling, phone never answered. A few weeks went by and then I got another email to say that the item would now arrive in a couple of months, three months after the order was placed! I tried phoning and this time got through. The woman I spoke to was very apologetic and said she would look into it and I would get an update email later that day. No email arrived. However, about a week later I got an email from Royal Mail to say they were delivering a parcel from FotoSense and the next day the remaining part of my order turned up. My feedback to FotoSense is this - your communication skills are appalling and I won't be shopping with you again in case I encounter similar problems.

Instructions were in japan or chinese so cant understand a word and the case never came with it

When you search the internet for an item, are happy with the price and go through the process of ordering and paying it's always a poor shopping experience to be contacted to say the item is no longer in stock. A different coloured item was eventually ordered on the phone afterwards, but it doesn't make up for the initial disappointment. The need to send a registration card [not pre-paid] for the warranty rather than being able to register online is an un-needed chore. Particularly as it's necessary to place the card in your own envelope if you don't want the world to see all your personal details.

Really disappointed with delivery times as item was showing in stock but took a week to arrive. Wasn't even dispatched for several days after the order was placed.

The Binoculars were fine when I eventually received them. I ordered silver which apparently was not in stock but I was not informed. When I chased up the order after about 10 days they said that they only had black, so I ordered black. I received this after 4 days. Not good service.

Had all the equipment I required in one place. Were helpful with questions I had. Reasonable prices. However, the advertised 3-5 days shipment was misleading. Half my order took 15 days to leave the warehouse....which missed the occasion I had bought it for. And i had no apology, even though they promised it would be delivered I time. Disappointing.
