I wasn't too happy as it took 2 weeks to deliver the Fuji Battery I ordered which showed 'in stock'.

It said you would only wait 2-3 days for delivery.I waited 7days.

Item stated to be in stock but not delivered for weeks. Otherwise good price and product.

After some confusion with a discount we eventually arrived there. Good product, although the quality of finish is very different to the ones I purchased elsewhere. Also very slightly dearer than elsewhere.

The binoculars are excellent but the delay in receiving them was disappointing. I appreciate there was an "in stock " problem but I was not informed of this until I contacted you. After this things moved in an acceptable manner. Parcel post Tracking was spot on! Thank You ND

Good range of products and at good prices. Was rather disappointed by how slow order fulfillment was. I ordered on 18th and goods were not shipped until 29th despite being in stock at time of ordering. Item was received in good condition on 30th.

Item ordered & delivered promptly, had to return for correct model though (Item description of compatibility not clearly defined to what Strobies model it fitted) , straightforward replacement sorted, but feel I shouldn't have had to pay for return postage of incorrect item, so has cost me a extra £5 on top...

Took almost a week to receive the Fuji XT1 battery after purchase. Otherwise I was satisfied with the battery when it arrived.

I consulted the website before making a purchase and I noticed a few conflicting items. The lens I purchased was listed as in stock normally ships withing 3 days. The website description of "in stock" means available for immediate despatch and "normally ships within 3 days" is described as not held on the premises but despatches from another source. So which is it Fotosense? The website map location for the address does not match and still shows the Bolton site, you may be confused to thinking there is still as shop there! The goods I ordered arrived by Royal mail 4 days after purchase as I selected the 48 hour option which when I was notified by Royal Mail of impending delivery was actually a 24 hour service. I was given to understand that there was a shop in Preston, parts of the site stated it was open at 9.00 am and others 10.00 am. When I requested collecting from the shop as I live nearby I was told the item was not available for collection. So come on Fotosence make it a little easier for us to understand your operation

+ good price for a B+W filter, free shipment, convenient order -no follow-up information (I placed the order on Monday, the e-mail note said it will be shipped on Thursday. No information during the Easter Holidays. I had to chase-up your company concerning the status of my order on Tuesday).

Ordered camera on 18th March so that I would have it for Easter. Wasn't shipped until the Monday which was understandable but according to the tracking it was still on your premises on Tuesday. Phoned Holly to check and she was very sympathetic and said she would check. No return call. Phoned her again on Wed as it still showed it was in your premises. She said it was the carriers fault and would check for me. Never came back to me. Camera arrived Thurs and I am very happy with it but platitudes are not what is required by customers when there is a problem. There needs to be follow-up.

Pretty slow delivery time for a company that's based in the UK. Seemed suspicious, either that or they don't admit to having the stock themselves until orders come through.

It was a struggle to contact customer services. The phone would often ring or be engaged and my email contact was never answered. However, when I did get through the lady was very helpful.

I am a little disappointed that my order is taking so long but on the other hand at least I am being kept informed instead of having to chase up the order. I can't fully review as I have not received the order yet

I am happy with the price and products however would have preferred more information as I wasn't aware that the camera bag and lens adapter wouldn't be Fuji.

I paid for next day delivery and they did arrive on time but my name had not been added to the parcel so that was a large error and luckily I managed to get the package. Cost was alright but if it was lower for the two film albums I would have bought more. But mostly positive!
