Hi Lauren, Unfortunately it looks like you have supplied the wrong address when placing your order. We will issue another case today as it looks like Royal Mail will return as you failed to provide the digits for you 1st line in your address. Thanks Tom

Although I received the goods quickly it was not as quick as it could have been. Confirmation of order was received at 20:58 on 30/09/15. I feel I should have received it by 3/10/15 according to fotoSense website but did not receive it until after 5/10/15.

Its difficult to give a review of a product which has not yet been tried However the item arrived in good time and undamaged

The online ordering experience was 1st class, followed by good communication BUT to wait several days for a standard delivery these days, is just really poor....sorry The product purchased however is simply brilliant. I have chose 'normal' as an overall rating as I don't want to give negative feedback.

The products are good quality and are at reasonable prices, but 72 hrs, just to process my on line purchase, leaves something to be improved.

There was nothing wrong with the service, product or pricing. I rated as normal because more and more online retailers dispatch in -stock goods on the day of the order, or within 24 hours. So good service and price but just normal fulfilment.

The delivery was excellent but the order not complete and had to follow up twice by telephone to get the order completed.

Bought a package deal inc. SD Card, cleaning kit, and spare battery. It is for a S. Africa trip. It isn't a tourist area - going into the deep Savannah areas for proper nature trailing. Tents etc. No electricity available apart from a very few stops, so ordered spare battery to charge prior. Everything came but the battery. The details inside stated battery to follow soon. Still hasn't arrived after 10 working days. The delivery details have the battery on the information. Probably won't ever arrive by looks of things, seems to have been forgotten or got lost in one of those never ending delivery cycles where it sits randomly in a van for months before being found and resent. (had this countless times online shopping) Not just Fotosense. The Camera is excellent - exactly what you'd expect really. I could debate the small difference and pros/cons between other rival cameras, but really, the +/- 5% differences are completely irrelevant unless you are an absolute expert with a camera and can make use of it. For new users or enthusiasts you're not going to see much difference. It works, and works very well. Lens is fantastic, and the 4K function is brilliant, but make sure you have the correct viewing equipment to make full use of it.

When you buy a new camera you would think they would check the box to see that all you need to get started would be in the box. My camera came with out a manual on how to set up or use the camera .in fairness to them they sent me an email with a manual to down load

Ordered an item which according to the website was in stock, but a few days later got an email advising that they were waiting for delivery. Exchanged several email and was advised that at the time of my order they only had 1No in stock but three orders came through, and they had dispatched to the first one that was processed. All seemed reasonable but the annoying part was that they took payment immediately order was placed - in my opinion payment should only be taken when goods are dispatched. Nonetheless item arrive about 2-weeks later and with the free 3-year warranty the price could not be bettered elsewhere. Would consider using again but would ring first to check stock level.

had a few items in my order and one item was shown as IN STOCK on the website. I depended on all the items getting to me within good time. The order was indeed despatched in good time but the omitted to explain why this one important item was not shipped. I e-mailed them and got a quick enough response that they were awaiting stock from the manufacturer. By now I have lost the opportunity to order this from elsewhere I really think that IN STOCK should mean exactly that. It then allows me to decide to order it or not. I also think it is misrepresentation. IT means that I cannot order from Fotosense again when I am under time pressure to get hold of gear

Looking back I have ordered 7 items from fotosense, 5 of the orders were dispatched quickly and received next day. One order dispatched by Royal Mail never arrived but the company gave me a no quible refund after 7 days. With my latest order, after two days of no dispatch confirmation despite paying for next day delivery, I had to email and asked for my order to be cancelled as I new I could get the item next day from WEX who are faultless in their service. On the day I sent my email canceling my order, it was sent guaranteed next day and duly arrived ? They have corrected the situation, which is good, but whether I will trust them in the future remains to be seen. Their prices are competitive, but I would rather know my goods are going to arrive when expected and pay a little more, sometimes the savings are not worth the hassle.

Ordered two items. Both in stock. However only one arrived on time and the second item arrived after my daughter's birthday which was disappointing.

Ordered an ND filter and paid for next day delivery. Website stated item was in stock, but after a week nothing. Phoned up to be told out of stock. To his credit I got my postage refunded, but still no delivery date. A further two weeks down the line my order finally arrived. My advice- call before ordering to ensure its in stock!

I ordered a pair of Barr & Stroud binoculars online as they were shown to be in stock. I was advised of the order acceptance by e mail on the 18th February. The item was in fact not in stock and I waited nearly three weeks to receive the goods. Never advertise an item on a website as being in stock, when that is not the case

When ordered was given impression that item in stock so del 2/3 days In the event took 10 days as product was not in stock So a trifle annoyed Nevertheless delighted with item ML

The camera was as I expected but came set up with Japanese or Chinese menus. It was only because I had another Sony DSC RX100 that I was able to change the language back to English. Much of the information on the box was also in Chinese or Japanese. Strange! I tried to phone Fotosense about this two separate days (albeit at 16:45) but got a recorded message explaining that the shop was closed.
