My item took sometime to arrive as it was out of stock. Credit to Fotosense for telling me this straight off about the delay however as the estimated delivery date came & went it was left to me to get back in touch with them first by email to which I received no reply and then by phone. I have my item now! very happy.

Ordering process was good and simple but the fact that you shipped the wrong colour product was poor however you did redeem yourselves by making a very speedy swap out. To me the swap and associated phone calls to make it happen were unnecessary. My Daughter is thrilled with the product.

Delivery took longer than expected. Said 3-5 days but received the product 2 weeks later. Other than that, product was correct and what was expected.

Was very pleased with the product ordered but was very disappointed with the delay in which the order was dispatched. Having placed the order on the 4th January and told it was in stock and that delivery was between 3 to 5 days I was not impressed when the product was not dispatched until the 8th January. This was rather misleading. It finally arrived on the 12th January.

There was a delay in the delivery which I did not find out about until I contacted you. Particularly at this time of year you should be keeping customers informed of delays. However once I had contacted you the information received and ultimate delivery were fine.

Prices good. Ordered 4 items website said all were in stock. Picked 3-5 day free delivery. Rang third day was told two weren't in stock but would be on fifth day. Rang fifth day still one not in stock. Was sent the four next day delivery. Fifth in stock with day and received ninth day. Staff helpful and friendly. Would use again.

The product I ordered is great and was on offer at a very good price. Delivery wasn't so great. I ordered on Friday at about 2pm expecting orders befor 4pm to be dispatched same day. In the event, it was Tuesday before my order was dispatched and Thursday before it was delivered.

Order was well packaged and came fairly quickly. However confirmation of order email stated that I would receive courier details once dispatched - never received this, aspect of customer service that could be improved

The parcel took the form of a jiffy bag around a box. The opening of the jiffy bag was only sealed at one end and anything loose with the box will have fallen out. I thought I ordered the camera, a spare battery and a memory card by means of Create your own bundle, but looking at the e-mail it appears I didn't. The cart contains two batteries, one with a zero price and one at £30.59. As a new customer it wasn't clear to me that the free battery was the one inside the box. I can get the battery cheaper in France taking delivery costs into account. Disappointed to find the manual is a PDF. I never read the manual for my JZ300 and I don't suppose I'll ever read this. I certainly won't print it out.

I ordered a Panasonic HD camcorder as the price at Fotosense was £80 cheaper than the high street. I ordered the item on Sunday 20/7 and paid extra for 1st class postage. It did not arrive until 27/7 despite emails from them saying my order had been processed. The phone number for the company just rang out until I eventually after 3 attempts I got to speak to someone. Overall happy with the product and savings I made, delivery times could be speeded up.

Ordered four items. Three posted next day. The other posted five days later. Whereas the quality is mainly good, the prices are rather high, especially for the thumb grip for the Fuji X100S. I was rather shocked to find the thumb grip is not made of metal, considering the price, and the length of the thumb grip could do with being a bit longer; in fact the section where the thumb rests is a little sharp at the end and therefore not as comfortable as a mental grip I had for the Fuji X100. Had I taken more time to search on the Internet I think it may well be possible to do to obtain better prices elsewhere for the same quality items.

I ordered a case for a Velbon tripod, which unfortunately was out of stock at the time. I was given the option of money back or waiting for a delivery. After a bit of a delay, the item arrived in good condition. Worth the wait. Ed
