“The camera I ordered showed as in stock with 2 day delivery however I got an email a couple days later saying that it was out of stock and had to be ordered in for me. I needed it for a birthday gift and asked if it was possible as it was there website mistake could the post out next day delivery when it came in. I had a reply back saying no they couldn't which then stressed me a bit as I was now not going to have the gift in time for the birthday! However I got email saying it was in and now posting to me. It arrived next day as they did send it out the way if asked. This was very much appreciated. Will use again !! Camera is fabulous too!!”

“had a few items in my order and one item was shown as IN STOCK on the website. I depended on all the items getting to me within good time. The order was indeed despatched in good time but the omitted to explain why this one important item was not shipped. I e-mailed them and got a quick enough response that they were awaiting stock from the manufacturer. By now I have lost the opportunity to order this from elsewhere I really think that IN STOCK should mean exactly that. It then allows me to decide to order it or not. I also think it is misrepresentation. IT means that I cannot order from Fotosense again when I am under time pressure to get hold of gear”

“Looking back I have ordered 7 items from fotosense, 5 of the orders were dispatched quickly and received next day. One order dispatched by Royal Mail never arrived but the company gave me a no quible refund after 7 days. With my latest order, after two days of no dispatch confirmation despite paying for next day delivery, I had to email and asked for my order to be cancelled as I new I could get the item next day from WEX who are faultless in their service. On the day I sent my email canceling my order, it was sent guaranteed next day and duly arrived ? They have corrected the situation, which is good, but whether I will trust them in the future remains to be seen. Their prices are competitive, but I would rather know my goods are going to arrive when expected and pay a little more, sometimes the savings are not worth the hassle.”
