“Very impressed with Fotosense's service professional and a quick delivery. I had a problem with charger adaptor I contacted them about it and they sent a new one and I had two days later. I would definitely use them again.”

“Website led me to believe that all 3 items I ordered were in stock, but were received separately over a period of a week or so, which was inconvenient because I'd ordered in plenty of time for the short holiday I was taking, and didn't get all the goods before I went. Insofar as I eventually got what I ordered, well-packed, and in good condition, the experience was good, but communications could have been a lot better: I had to phone Fotosense to get information. So overall, could do better.”

“Great company with great customer service. The product I ordered wasn't in stock so delivery was delayed but they had the same product in another colour which they sent out by courier for delivery by 10:00 the next morning. Thanks again guys!”
