“Bought an Elinchrom studio lighting kit from them - far better price than anywhere else I could find. Communication was excellent, delivery arrived on time and very well packaged. Spoke to staff at customer service a couple of times and they were most helpful and very professional. Completely satisfied with the service and the goods. Will definitely use again!”

“I ordered a UV Filter and a lens protector. When the items arrived, the UV filter was in its box, still sealed with both seals intact. The lens protector however had both seals on the box broken. When I lifted it out of the box and held it up to the light there was a smudged fingerprint and dust on it. This in my view is unacceptable and I will probably not use this company again for my photography needs.”

“I ordered a Sony NP-1BX rechargeable battery over the telephone. The person who took the call was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was promised that the item would be sent as quickly as possible. I was sent an E-mail confirming my order on the day of my telephone call, followed up by another E-mail advising me that the item had been dispatched. The item arrived within a matter of days, with the packaging such that it could not be damaged. I have been very satisfied with the quality of service and would have no hesitation in recommending Fotosense to family members and/or friends.”
