“The best customer service I have ever experienced - not only did the staff at Fotosense make a special effort to get a parcel to me next day "so that I would not be disappointed", they didn't charge me extra, though I was willing to pay. Helpful, cheerful and efficient - what more can you ask? Oh, and the item I ordered was just as advertised!”

“Disappointed about length of time before I received my order!! Although had an email to say it was had been dispatched 2 days after placing my order. Rang up after 9 days, as had not received my order, and was told it had been despatched. .2 days later it arrived. Product is great and price was excellent.”

“Placed order for Lumix FZ200. 3 days later was told out of stock and would have to wait another3/4 days to come in. Fotosense redeemed themselves by sending it 24hr. delivery. Everything was there as ordered. Overall good service.”

“Had the exact camera/lens combo i was looking for (A6000 in Silver + lens) as had searched for this quite a bit, and at the cheapest price i could find. Delivery also very good - ordered on Friday, delivered on Monday. Cannot fault.”

“I ordered a GoPro Hero 4 Silver on the Tuesday after ringing up and getting a price match as a new customer. With the money I saved I also ordered the 5 year warranty. I then received an email confirming that it was free posted on the same day. It arrived on the Thursday well boxed and complete. I have no issues with this company who did exactly what they said they would do. This is all I wanted and I give them 5 Stars. -Basmaf”
