“Odered a filter for the front of my new zoom lens. Fotosense were as cheap as anyone and the only criticism I have is that the postage rate semed to change itself from one screen to the next. That wasn't really a problem. Good gear, good service at a sensible price.”

“Website said item was in stock and would be dispatched in 2 or 3 days. However once order was placed item was suddenly no longer in stock! It took around 2 weeks to arrive. Not what I expect in todays marketplace. If you haven't got it in stock, don't lead customers to think you have it sitting on the shelf. Once item was dispatched it arrived within 24 hours, well packaged and as expected.”

“I bought a Nikon Compact Camera which was not only the best price I could find, but also came with a free 3year warranty (two years beyond the manufacturers warranty). Delivery was swift, an excellent service. I will recommend "fotosense" to anyone!”

“Ordered an item which according to the website was in stock, but a few days later got an email advising that they were waiting for delivery. Exchanged several email and was advised that at the time of my order they only had 1No in stock but three orders came through, and they had dispatched to the first one that was processed. All seemed reasonable but the annoying part was that they took payment immediately order was placed - in my opinion payment should only be taken when goods are dispatched. Nonetheless item arrive about 2-weeks later and with the free 3-year warranty the price could not be bettered elsewhere. Would consider using again but would ring first to check stock level.”

“Totally Not Happy. I have ordered 3 Professional photography products at once from FotoSense. But 2 of the products have arrived damaged and One of them could not have been damaged via delivery as I can clearly see that it is a product problem. The other item came totally bent out of shape. Yet the delivery box was in perfect condition making me believe that it was damaged before being put into the box. That is a 66% failure percentage. Totally unacceptable in this day and age. I have tried to contact FotoSense via their website customer support and 2 day's later I still haven't heard anything from them, yet they sent me this survey which I am happily filling out with a VERY POOR rating. Buy this showing I will not be using them again.”
