“I found you were friendly and helpful on the phone, your website was well designed, you arranged prompt delivery: binoculars ordered one afternoon were delivered by postman next morning. I was delighted with your service. And your lowest prices. I would recommend you to anybody. But I'm not sure what 'roll over stars' means. I hope I successfully gave you top marks.”

“Knowing the likelyhood that I would probably be out when I would expect delivery, I specifically asked for delivery by First Class Recorded Delivery, thinking that this would involve the post office who would put a card through my door and I could then pick it up from the local sorting office. No. It came by couriour and prior to delivery I had an email asking for delivery instructions. I asked that it was put over my back garden gate, but left leaning against the gate. The damage to the box clearly indicated that this had been tossed over the gate. Fortunately there was no damage to the item so I have not reported this. Given there was also an option of delivery by courior and I had not opted for this delivery method then there is clearly someting very wrong with dispatch.”
