“I bought a Manfrotto Tripod Head, which unfortunately did not have the correct screw with it to fit to my Nikon Camera, (not Fotosense fault). A quick call to Fotosense & everything was sorted next day. They even threw in an adaptor to fit my Benbo, free of charge. It's not always about how good you are when everything goes right, it's how good you are when you get problems and how you deal with them, and in this case it was first rate. Thank You.”

“The Vanguard BBH-100 ball head arrived promptly and was packed well. The BBH-100 is a fine head and will support a DSLR with a 70-200 mm lens without 'droop' or shift on tightening.”

“Ordering and delivery very straightforward. I had to return a Nikon which proved to be unsuitable after a days use and Fotosense refunded the price in full within 24 hours of its receipt by them. Highly reccomended - I will use them again.”
