“My product arrived out of the packaging with the lid half screwed off and the product was spilt all around the box. So disappointed.”

“I have bought from FD several times and been fairly happy. I regularly buy my favourite perfume Marc Jacobs Eau de Fresh from them but over recent months the fragrance smell doesn't seem to last very long. My most recent purchase (Feb 2020) has been more than disappointing, it was advertised significantly cheaper than anywhere else (at least £10). I thought too good to be true - whilst it is delivered in the correct bottle and looks right, it really has no fragrance smell to it whatsover. FD have offered to replace or refund but I have to go to all the bother of repackaging, printing off the label and going to the post office to return. I won't be ordering again from them.”

“Paid extra for fast delivery so I can get my item on time. Took 4 days to do the dispatch so I ended up having the present I intended to give to my friend several days later. The only company in the world that doesn't advise an estimated dispatch time anywhere on the website or mention it will take days or weeks when you place the order. Also the only UK so called company taking more than 2 days tk dispatch an item in my experience”

“I always like to give a fair and honest opinion on any product I purchase .The Jim my Choo perfume I ordered was delivered promptly and very well packaged .However the scent doesnt last 10 minutes and sadly I will not be making any more purchases .Would prefer to pay the extra 10 pounds from Boots where the scent lasts all day .Glad I only bought a small bottle .I cannot see how it's the genuine article but this is only my opinion .”

“Fragrance direct is the best company to buy from. Very cheap prices on good perfume and excellent securd tracked delivery. Only ordered mine on Tuesday. Just delivered safely on Thursday. Recommend defo.”

“I'm afraid Fragrance Direct's customer service falls short in the following areas: The package of goods we ordered contained the order of another customer. When we informed the company, the responding email did not include any apology. Rather, it asked us for details of our order which we had already sent and included a request for us to confrm the items received although we had already sent the order number for these. Really careless on their part. We confirmed that we wished to return the goods which we did very promptly, having downloaded the returns label. We received no acknowledge or thanks for this despite the fact that we had to re-package the goods, print the label and go to our nearest post office. The documentation in the package we received revealed details of the customer who had ordered them and, although not a contravention of GDPR requirements, signals a lack of care in relation to this company's handling of confidential information. For the above reasons, we have requested a refund and will not use the company again or, indeed, recommend it to others.”

“I ordered this perfume for my daughter for christmas to stop her using mine. On comparison it is quite clearly a fake the scent doesn't last at all my stella perfume lasts me all day, really disappointed as my daughter now things ive ordered her a fake perfume! not heard back from them after several tries will be going to my bank as I used my card to try and get a refund.”

“Delivery Service is poor - untracked - My package was supposed to arrive on a Friday, then was shown as delivered Saturday which it was not. I sent in a email and was told to look around at neighbouring property nothing .The package finally arrived on Wednesday after i had re order from elsewhere - fragrance direct could not tell me what had happened to the parcel and told me that i had been left in a safe place and i could send the product back if i wanted to ! Not the best customer service !”

“Ordered Valentina as my friend was wearing it and I liked it. However on receiving the perfume last week I was amazed that after the initial spray, the perfume had disappeared completely. I strongly feel that this is fake. I phoned to complain but have had no response.”

“I have been trying to contact this company all morning Ree a faulty pruduct they simply don't answer or are handling a lot of complaints which after reading reviews is very possible I have written a full review on another site I suggest you look at that and others before purchasing anything from these people”

“Calvin Klein Eternity for Men 125 ml I bought from this site was convincingly fake .. even my cheap £2 deodorants last longer. This has been testified by many when applied the cheap deo and the CK EDT on alternate days.”

“I ordered Clinique Happy Perfume plus the Free Gift on the Offer ,only to get an email to say the free gift was out of stock!!!!! no other one offered ,I complained only for Customer Service to say I could send the perfume back ,but why should I ? they should have sent something else "free " or else it is basically a con.”

“Data stolen. Fragrance Direct did not contact me. Found out from my bank that fraudulent transactions were stopped. Don't trust.”
