“I'm afraid Fragrance Direct's customer service falls short in the following areas: The package of goods we ordered contained the order of another customer. When we informed the company, the responding email did not include any apology. Rather, it asked us for details of our order which we had already sent and included a request for us to confrm the items received although we had already sent the order number for these. Really careless on their part. We confirmed that we wished to return the goods which we did very promptly, having downloaded the returns label. We received no acknowledge or thanks for this despite the fact that we had to re-package the goods, print the label and go to our nearest post office. The documentation in the package we received revealed details of the customer who had ordered them and, although not a contravention of GDPR requirements, signals a lack of care in relation to this company's handling of confidential information. For the above reasons, we have requested a refund and will not use the company again or, indeed, recommend it to others.”

“I always like to give a fair and honest opinion on any product I purchase .The Jim my Choo perfume I ordered was delivered promptly and very well packaged .However the scent doesnt last 10 minutes and sadly I will not be making any more purchases .Would prefer to pay the extra 10 pounds from Boots where the scent lasts all day .Glad I only bought a small bottle .I cannot see how it's the genuine article but this is only my opinion .”

“AVOID. NON PCI COMPLIANT DATA BREACH resulted in personal finance data stolen from their website and bank card used to make fraudulent transaction. Card blocked and awaiting new cards. Do not trust this website”

“Ordered Valentina as my friend was wearing it and I liked it. However on receiving the perfume last week I was amazed that after the initial spray, the perfume had disappeared completely. I strongly feel that this is fake. I phoned to complain but have had no response.”

“Almost certain that the eau de toilette that I received is not an authentic product. Loses perfume in half an hour despite application of a large amount. I won't return it as it's too much hassle but I won't use them again and would not recommend anyone else to. No complaint about delivery time though.”

“The perfumes are fake, make up products are ok. I ordered my all time favourite Cold Water by Davidoff that I have been using for more then six years and one from Elisabeth Arden and even it came well packed the fragrance is completely different and did not last more then 5 min after application. Very disappointing!”

“Absolutely ridiculous. Very poor service. I would never use or recommend this company. Ordered a next day item over £100 and still haven’t received 4 days later. My wife ordered on a standard the next day and has received. I have not been informed of them looking into where my parcel has gone missing. Royal Mail tracking only tells me I will receive more information. Joke!”

“I ordered this perfume for my daughter for christmas to stop her using mine. On comparison it is quite clearly a fake the scent doesn't last at all my stella perfume lasts me all day, really disappointed as my daughter now things ive ordered her a fake perfume! not heard back from them after several tries will be going to my bank as I used my card to try and get a refund.”

“I have been trying to contact this company all morning Ree a faulty pruduct they simply don't answer or are handling a lot of complaints which after reading reviews is very possible I have written a full review on another site I suggest you look at that and others before purchasing anything from these people”

“Ordered aftershave for Christmas present, in plenty of time! Hermes apparently delivered item and said it had been signed for by customer!! This was not true, fraud has taken place, Hermes will not deal with me direct, they said that fragrance direct need to deal with this matter! impossible to get through to fragrance direct by phone, managed to get through this evening to be told they couldn't deal with my complaint only between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm! I also sent email, received automated reply to this, won't get this sorted for Christmas now, very disappointed with service from Fragrance Direct and the courier company they use! expensive present which I cannot replace before Christmas now, although it's Hermes' fault Fragrance direct have been impossible to get hold of!! Very disappointed Won't be using them again!!!”

“I bought a 100ml gift set of Missoni Pour Homme EDP after seeing some positive reviews on Youtube. Amazing price and fast delivery. No complaints there! I received it in a cardboard box, but the gift set in it was only covered with a plastic sleeve, not plastic wrapped. I sprayed the perfume and... just faint alcohol smell that vaporizes immediately. I smelled the small tester that it came with and that smells only slightly stronger. Even spraying 5-10 times does not make the scent any stronger! Only the shower gel seems to smell like the real product should smell. This is by far the weakest scent I have ever smelled and this is supposed to be EDP concentration! It did not look like the bottles were tampered with, but it's hard to believe Missoni would release a product this poor.”

“I have bought from FD several times and been fairly happy. I regularly buy my favourite perfume Marc Jacobs Eau de Fresh from them but over recent months the fragrance smell doesn't seem to last very long. My most recent purchase (Feb 2020) has been more than disappointing, it was advertised significantly cheaper than anywhere else (at least £10). I thought too good to be true - whilst it is delivered in the correct bottle and looks right, it really has no fragrance smell to it whatsover. FD have offered to replace or refund but I have to go to all the bother of repackaging, printing off the label and going to the post office to return. I won't be ordering again from them.”

“I wish there were 0 stars. Please be careful when ordering any items from this website: --They sent me used products - with fingerprint from someone who wanted to play with the product. And they did not check it, they just simply shipped that item out. --They do not care about packaging, so when I received the products, the box was out of shape, the part of the bottle were broken. --Bad customer service people, who is sitting there and will point the finger at you when problems happens ,'' sorry, but that was your fault'' --They sent me the wrong products. --The products arrived leaked outside. ** I ordered 31 items - 2 used, 8 were damaged, 1 wrong product, 2 leaked. These and the rest were packed in a very bad condition box - which was used to ship fragile items. Who is caring here? **They sent me an email saying sorry and blamed the shipping company for damaging the products. The shipping product did their best to ship the products, and they did not change the content inside. These guys should learn about customer service before doing business.”
