received 3 lip crayons only 1 had protective seal on plus the colours are not true to image in fact they are awful.

Item took 2 weeks to arrive. Too much hassle to use this seller as I had to go and buy another gift when this didn't arrive and now I have to go to the post office to return the item that should have taken 5-7 day. No apology.

I decided to bite the bullet & place my 1st order through their website. It took me 2 phone calls and a web chat to confirm that no only had they not sent my order but that they were unable to even find it on their records. This was despite paying extra for the next day delivery and the order value being close to £100! I'm now waiting to see how long I have to wait for a refund.

Tried to leave an honest bad review but of course FD rejected it. What’s the point of asking for a review if FD won’t publish!!

Ordered aftershave for Christmas present, in plenty of time! Hermes apparently delivered item and said it had been signed for by customer!! This was not true, fraud has taken place, Hermes will not deal with me direct, they said that fragrance direct need to deal with this matter! impossible to get through to fragrance direct by phone, managed to get through this evening to be told they couldn't deal with my complaint only between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm! I also sent email, received automated reply to this, won't get this sorted for Christmas now, very disappointed with service from Fragrance Direct and the courier company they use! expensive present which I cannot replace before Christmas now, although it's Hermes' fault Fragrance direct have been impossible to get hold of!! Very disappointed Won't be using them again!!!

I ordered with them for my mother's birthday. more than 2 weeks went by & they ruined the birthday & later the money came back on the VISA card. I was so disgusted, they did not even contact me. I emailed them & they said oh sorry they money has been returned as we had a problem on the order. No care not apology not anything. I was really angry & disgusted. I actually gave the the benefit of the doubt, I chose again & paid via paypal balance, thinking this would be okay. The 2nd order did not deliver!!!!!!! I had to email them after 1 & a half weeks!!!! They this time the guy (a different person) was really apologetic. I can't see any business doing well like this, in fact, judging their reviews, I would not be surprised they go out of business, i'd steer clear.

Promised next day delivery (charged extra £5.99), order on received. When chased a few days later told my order was cancelled because the value was too high. No email or communications to confirm order was cancelled and no apology over the phone, asked to speak to a manager refused to forward call.....

My order was delivered after more than 10 days although I paid for the Express Tracked Delivery (supposed to be done within 2-4 working days). Nobody contacted me to let me know the status. So, where is the possibility to track your orders I have paid for? Only when I sent a few e-mails I got a reply, just one word, "Stuck". No excuse, nothing like some tracking information. I had to spend my time to send a complaint, and only after that I was contacted by their manager. I have paid for the gift packaging as I wanted to make a gift for my mom. The item was delivered without any packing at all. And again without any exuse from their side. Before that I had made another order which was delivered by a postman who just left a box with my order at the entrance of the block of flats where I live. Anyone of my neighbours could have taken it. Terrible attitude to the customers. I have made three orders here, two of which were completed badly. I will NEVER use their services again.

Don't bother to send an item to Europe! If Fragrance Direct has a problem, they won't accept responsibility and will blame DPD. I ordered a birthday present for a friend on 23.09.15, paying for their express delivery to Norway, in advance, with extra time added incase of delays. I noticed by the due date of delivery, my parcel had still not arrived. When I first called DPD, they informed me that they had attempted to make contact with them on the 24th via email as there was a problem with their invoice (VAT number missing ect) When I called Fragrance Direct to enquire why I have to follow up on my own parcel and what DPD had informed me, their initial response was, they had not received any email from Dpd and they will rectify the problem. I waited till that afternoon and still no movement on my parcel. I called DPD again. They informed me the Fragrance Direct person didn't faxed a correct invoice to them but asked them to fill in the missing information on the old invoice? That's not allowed as the invoice has to be printed by the senders company. At this point I was very upset and annoyed! How hard can it be to forward a complete, correct invoice??? Incompetence on all levels!!! I was still reeling that both parties were laying blame on each other. However DPD then emailed me a "screen shot" of the initial contact via email regarding the 24th! What liars? When I called FD again demanding why they are not taking responsibility and that I have proof that DPD is not to blame, the operations manager opted to resolve the situation! Till this day, my parcel has still not reached my friend for his birthday (express delivery is 3-5 days) and to add insult, Fragrance Direct has recalled their parcel two days ago and has emailed me to inform me that they have given a refund.
