I get once a month as I find them too expensive and there is no choice to cancel them Altogether . Well todays flowers are disgraceful. Very disappointed especially the price of them. I would be ashamed of myself and my company if I sent this out to customers .

I was told I'd get 3 vases and flowers for free and the first box 50% off, what I got was one vase and bouquet and then I had to pay full price for the next bunch and vase.

Joined before Christmas, the first arrangement arrived and was amazing, this was followed by two arrangements with flowers that were wilted and not to a standard you would expect for the price being paid.

Wonderful flowers I have a delivery every two weeks and have received more than twenty boxes of flowers, every box was superb , they last for weeks .

I love these flowers. They are always in good condition and we have never had problems with delivery. However the company continue to use these one use plastic covers for their flowers. Not only is that unacceptable with current plastic issues, but now this happened.

Flowers and vase were to be delivered to sister in law on 28 Dec. She called me on 2 Jan to say flowers had not arrived. I emailed Freddy's to ask if the gift had been received. No reply so phoned company and was told package had been damaged and would I like a replacement sent. I declined and asked for a refund. No one contacted me to say flowers had not been delivered. What would have happened had I not got in touch? Poor service.

I called and was told the charge being made was due to a “human error” and I’d need to wait up to 10 days for a refund on flowers that were supposed to be an apology and I shouldn’t have paid for.

Really poor customer service. Flowers delivered to wrong address and I am left to locate them. When I do they are dehydrated and far too many emails later their approach is if the flowers aren't all wilted (you need to send lots of photos) then the hassle and inconvenience they caused you doesn't warrant a refund. Not a service worth having!

I’ve been receiving flowers from Freddie’s flowers for a couple of years now. They are always beautiful unusual flowers. Customer service is always good My little treat that I will carry on with. Free chocolate eggs and tulip bulbs at Easter. Info on how to arrange, look after and history of the flowers. Just love them
