Still waiting for my prints 10 days after the so called delivery date. I mailed them but there's only an automated response...... it isn't our polocy to reprint yet. Please contact again .. (on date that was 4 days way. ) I will try again tomorrow... I'm not holding my breath. Also they charged me for 31 of the 76 prints + delivery.. so not free.
Won't be ordering again.

Terrible customer service, have no idea where my delivery is and just refunded the money weeks later. Was a present for my mums birthday too, they don’t care so hope this post helps someone not making the same I as did purchasing from them
