“The water butt is obviously very good quality and looks smart. It is working well. Didn't arrive quite as soon as we had hoped, otherwise would have been 5 stars.”

“Responded quickly to missing part in delivery. Did not make it clear enough that delivery would be split into two (eventually three) seperate deliveries, and delivery companies would not use their name but the manufacturing company's. Products (butts and diverters) are as described, just waiting for rain to fill them up”

“Excellent design and easy to fit. hidden install, no bulky eyesore. Works very well. I would say that 1) It's too expensive for what you get and 2) the spring on the holesaw pilot bit is daft as it pushes the cutout disc straight into the pipe, given that most will be buying this to install in place, probably not a great idea.”

“Good company, however the slimline water butt I purchased has nasty seam running around it, which does not appear in any of the product photographs.”

“Wall hung wall butt was as described and works well but disappointed that it did not come with caps to cover the two top holes which we thought were 'factory fitted'. Wall bracket was not as described in the fitting directions but my query was dealt with by a helpful assistant on the phone. Overall the product works well.”
