“Used the Rain Collector Rapido fit Quattro water butt diverter for rectangular and square downpipes. Fitting very straight forward but connecting hose could have been twice the length with jubilee clips provided as the connector dripped a bit when the water butt was full. Feel the hole cutter was not needed in every kit & could be sold separately. Neat installation but feel the connector might be more secure with a wrap-around steel strap, not just one screw. Neat installation & prevented having to cut through the whole down-pipe. Good collection of water. A bit pricey compared to a standard water diverter but would recommend. The shut-off tap could be useful during the winter if no collection is required. A bit pricey compared to a standard water diverter but would recommend.”

“Only place I could find the water butt connectors I needed. Good price, speedy delivery. Happy to use again / recommend but had problems finding what I wanted on the web site and only able to find items and place order etc. after making contact. Did not help that there were pictures on the site that included a connector unit (that I also needed) that Freeflush did not sell.”

“Items arrived but packaging was not great, which resulted in part of one item being broken. Fortunately it didn't affect the function. I would suggest that you review to prevent unnecessary damages in future.”

“The product (a bowl for a mini solar powered fountain) was as described and arrived timely and in sound condition . Would appreciate a leaflet explaining how best to maintain it as it has rusted quite quickly.”

“I was really disappointed that you do not post small envelopes (it was a waterbutt plug) to Ireland, even Northern Ireland. I had to have this posted to a friend who lives in London and they had to post this inexpensive and small item at a cost of £3.40 to Dublin.”

“Having had the water butt for just over a year the tap had split ( frost?!) so needed a replacement. Annoying that it split and therefore leaked water, however having emailed to ask about replacement I received a reply within minutes and two options. I have upgraded to a brass fitting tap and with delivery just under £20 to replace is annoying but fine. Really pleased with the actual water butt - perhaps for the £100 original the tap should have come with a better quality tap in the first place.”

“Very happy with my purchase and would buy from them again Had a small issue with the tap dripping when turned off which was very quickly addressed with a replacement tap and extra tape arriving with days which solved the issue Had a fair bit of rain since I fitted and all works well now So very happy and would recomend”

“First order went astray in the post system so contacted Freeflush and they immediately sent replacements asking that I return the originals if they turned up. Replacements arrived next day. Very good and the originals turned up nearly two weeks later so I have returned them. I made a second order and these turned up next day.”
